秦皇岛市中小学教师在职培训存在的问题与对策研究

【摘要】：在终身教育理念深入人心的大背景下,随着我国中小学新课程改革的深入,中小学教师作为一种专业化很强的职业,如何提高自身素质,成为中小学教师发展所必需面对的问题。《我国中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010-2020年)》中指出要提高中小学教师队伍整体素质,就要创新培训模式,提高教师培训质量。在此情况下,中小学教师在职培训就成为了解决教师职后再提高的重要途径。本文将中小学教师在职培训的理论研究与培训实践相结合,以理论为指导,把量化研究与质性研究相结合共同探讨中小学教师在职培训问题。笔者通过问卷调查的方式呈现秦皇岛市中小学教师在职培训的现实状态,突破了纯粹思辨研究、经验实证研究的局限,再通过访谈调查的方式挖掘了中小学教师在职培训的深层次问题,并从教育行政部门、培训机构、参培学校、参培教师多个层面进行研究,重在将中小学教师在职培训作为一个完整的体系,从多维度进行研究,力求对区域教师继续教育工作有所创新和突破。笔者在此项研究过程中,采用文献研究,问卷调查,个体访谈等方法对秦皇岛市的中小学教师在职培训开展情况进行细致研究。本文主要包括五大部分。绪论部分主要介绍研究目的、意义、研究方法、相关概念的界定及相关研究综述。第一章研究理论基础部分,主要介绍本研究的理论基础,包括终身教育理论及教师专业化等相关理论。第二章现状调查部分,通过问卷调查及访谈法对秦皇岛中小学教师在职培训现状进行调研并对所得结果进行统计分析,对秦皇岛市中小学在职教师培训的现状进行研究。第三章存在问题部分,通过调查研究总结出秦皇岛市中小学教师在职培训中存在的突出问题。第四章对策研究部分,针对存在的突出问题提出相应的解决对策,以期进一步推动秦皇岛市中小学教师在职培训的开展,为提高秦皇岛市广大中小学教师素质服务。
[Abstract]:Under the background of the concept of lifelong education, with the deepening of the new curriculum reform in primary and secondary schools in China, teachers in primary and secondary schools, as a highly specialized profession, how to improve their own quality, It is pointed out in the outline of medium and long term Education Reform and Development Plan 2010-2020 that in order to improve the overall quality of primary and secondary school teachers, it is necessary to innovate the training mode and improve the quality of teacher training. In this case, the primary and secondary school teachers in-service training has become an important way to improve teachers. This paper combines the theoretical research and training practice of in-service training of primary and secondary school teachers, and discusses the problem of in-service training of primary and secondary school teachers under the guidance of theory and qualitative research. The author presents the actual state of in-service training of primary and secondary school teachers in Qinhuangdao by means of questionnaire investigation, which breaks through the limitations of pure speculative research and empirical research. Then through the way of interview and investigation, it excavates the deep problems of the in-service training of primary and secondary school teachers, and carries on the research from the educational administration department, the training institution, the ginseng training school, the participant training teacher many levels to carry on the research. Focusing on the primary and secondary school teachers' in-service training as a complete system, from the multi-dimensional research, strive to regional teachers' continuing education work innovation and breakthrough. In the course of this research, the author makes a detailed study on the in-service training of primary and secondary school teachers in Qinhuangdao by the methods of literature research, questionnaire investigation, individual interview and so on. This paper mainly includes five parts. The introduction mainly introduces the research purpose, significance, research methods, definition of relevant concepts and a summary of relevant research. The first chapter mainly introduces the theoretical basis of this study, including the theory of lifelong education and teacher specialization. The second chapter of the status of the investigation, through questionnaires and interviews of primary and secondary school teachers in Qinhuangdao current situation of in-service training and statistical analysis of the results, Qinhuangdao primary and secondary school teachers training status is studied. In the third chapter, the author summarizes the outstanding problems in the in-service training of primary and middle school teachers in Qinhuangdao. In the fourth chapter, the countermeasures are put forward in order to further promote the in-service training of primary and secondary school teachers in Qinhuangdao, and to improve the quality of primary and secondary school teachers in Qinhuangdao.
