以人为本视野下的高中教学管理个案研究

【摘要】：基础教育改革倡导全人教育,关注学生的学习过程,鼓励学生积极参与学习,合作学习,促进良好的发展和个人的关注学生的能力。教师是新课程的实施者,实现教师观念,改变性格和行为,我们必须为教师创造一个实现环境的转变教学管理,实施以人为本的管理。教学管理是学校管理的中心任务,是落实新课改和实施素质教育的主阵地。本文主要以B中学作为研究对象,从以人为本的角度,探讨其教学管理的现状、特征,通过教师、学生、管理者三者之间尊重、理解以及民主氛围的建立,对新疆B中学在教学管理过程中如何解读和实施“以人为本”的管理理念进行了介绍和分析,通过探究B中学快速成长的内在原因,以期为类似学校提供一种新的视角和一定的借鉴经验。本研究采用质性研究方法,综合采用问卷、访谈、观察、实物收集等方法,以B中学的教学管理者、教师、学生作为访谈或观察对象,借助以人为本的管理理论,在对资料的整理分析过程中,围绕教学过程管理中教师“教”的方式和学生“学”的方式两个层面来展开研究。论文分为四个部分:第一部分是导论;第二部分是以人为本的教学管理理论概述;第三部分描述B中学教学管理现状;第四部分是研究结论与反思。研究得出如下结论:1.先进的教学管理理念引领;2.基于本校实际;3.多样的教学管理方式;4.学校各职能部门的协调配合;5.教学管理者的努力。
[Abstract]:The basic education reform advocates the whole person education, pays attention to the student's learning process, encourages the student to participate in the study actively, the cooperation study, promotes the good development and the individual attention student's ability. Teachers are the implementers of the new curriculum. To realize the concept of teachers and change their character and behavior, we must create a change in teaching management and implement people-oriented management for teachers. Teaching management is the central task of school management and the main position of implementing new curriculum reform and quality education. This article mainly takes B middle school as the research object, from the people-oriented angle, discusses its teaching management present situation, the characteristic, through the teacher, the student, the manager three respect, the understanding and the establishment of the democratic atmosphere, This paper introduces and analyzes how to interpret and implement the "people-oriented" management concept in Xinjiang B Middle School in the course of teaching management, and probes into the internal reasons for the rapid growth of B Middle School. In order to provide similar schools with a new perspective and a certain reference experience. This research adopts the qualitative research method, synthetically uses the questionnaire, the interview, the observation, the physical collection and so on method, takes the B middle school teaching manager, the teacher, the student as the interview or the observation object, by means of the people-oriented management theory, In the process of sorting and analyzing the data, the research is carried out from two aspects: the way of teaching in teaching process management and the way of learning by students. The thesis is divided into four parts: the first part is the introduction; the second part is the introduction of people-oriented teaching management theory; the third part describes the current situation of B middle school teaching management; the fourth part is the research conclusions and reflection.
