基于CPUP模型的化学专家型教师课堂教学行为特征解析

【摘要】:化学专家型教师的教学一般都是优质高效的。研究化学专家型教师的课堂教学行为特征对于新手教师的专业成长和化学教学研究具有重要意义。本研究主要是在假设化学专家型教师的教学行为特征具有一定共性的前提下,根据CPUP模型,在两类化学课堂下,分别分析四位化学专家型教师一共八节课堂上的教学行为对以及教学行为链相关的特征,对比两类化学课堂下的特征的异同点。CPUP模型是一种量化研究工具,因此,在研究过程中又添加了调查问卷,包括教师卷和学生卷,分别从学生角度和教师自身的角度,分析化学专家型教师部分不可量化的教学行为特征。最后,根据CPUP模型得出的结论和调查问卷的结果分析,总结出化学专家型教师具有以下特征:(1)化学专家型教师教学时偏向“讲”,化学专家型教师的教学偏向“教师提问——师生、生生互动——教师讲解总结”的形式;(2)化学专家型教师应该在把握好新课改理念的同时,具有很扎实的化学学科知识功底;(3)化学课堂上化学专家型教师注重课堂上与学生的互动,及时了解学生的最近发展区,积极引导学生主动参与课堂学习活动;(4)化学专家型教师都具有自己独特成型的教学风格;(5)化学专家型教师对化学教学中不同类型教学内容的教学行为链选择上有一定差异;(6)化学专家型教师教学过程中能够顾及绝大多数学生;(7)化学专家型教师对课堂的驾驭能力很强,能够尽可能长时间地吸引到学生的注意力,课堂上的学生学习效率更高;(8)化学专家型教师会在传统教学模式和多种多样的新课改教学模式中相互取舍,扬长避短。
[Abstract]:Chemistry expert teacher's teaching is generally high quality and high efficiency. It is of great significance to study the characteristics of classroom teaching behavior of chemistry expert teachers for the professional growth of novice teachers and the study of chemistry teaching. Based on the assumption that the teaching behavior of chemistry expert teachers has certain commonness, according to the CPUP model, under the two kinds of chemistry classroom, This paper analyzes the teaching behavior pairs and the related characteristics of the teaching behavior chain in the eight classes of four chemistry expert teachers, and compares the similarities and differences of the characteristics under the two kinds of chemistry classroom. CPUP model is a quantitative research tool. In the course of the research, we add the questionnaire, including the teacher's volume and the student's volume, to analyze the unquantifiable teaching behavior characteristics of the chemical expert teachers from the point of view of students and the teachers themselves, respectively. Finally, according to the conclusion of CPUP model and the analysis of the results of the questionnaire, it is concluded that the chemistry expert teachers have the following characteristics: (1) the chemistry expert teachers tend to "stress" when teaching. The teaching of chemical expert teachers is inclined to the form of "teachers ask questions-teachers and students, students interact-teachers explain and summarize"; (2) Chemistry experts teachers should grasp the new curriculum reform concept at the same time, Have a solid knowledge of chemistry; (3) Chemistry experts in the chemistry classroom teachers pay attention to the interaction between the class and students, timely understanding of the students' recent development area, Actively guide students to participate in classroom learning activities actively; (4) Chemistry expert teachers all have their own unique teaching style; (5) Chemistry expert teachers' choice of teaching behavior chain of different types of teaching contents in chemistry teaching (6) most of the students can be taken into account in the teaching process of chemistry expert teachers; (7) chemistry expert teachers have a strong ability to control the classroom. It can attract the students' attention for as long as possible, and the students in the classroom can learn more efficiently. (8) Chemistry expert teachers will choose and choose each other in the traditional teaching mode and the various new curriculum reform teaching modes.
