Compared with 1788 normal hearing children,the results schowed that①the deaf children were ahout 20 points lower in IQ than those with normal hearing;②the average retarda-tion was found to be about 6 months in 3~5 year,old age,the difference became significant from 6 years old, the average retardation...

The scores were retarded significantly on picture association,picture analogies,memory for color and digits;④the influencing factors were found with stepwise regression model to be audiphone wearing.education fee and the begin- ning age of education.

为了解聋儿智力发育特点,探讨影响聋儿智力发育的因素、采用希-内学习能力测验(H-NTLA)量表对1758例3~17岁聋儿进行智力测验,同时测定1788名相同年龄听力正常儿童作为对照。结果显示聋儿智商平均较正常听力儿童低约20。聋儿智龄在3~5岁较同龄正常儿童低约6个月,从6岁开始差距逐渐增大,至13岁时智龄落后约36个月。16岁以后又有逐渐接近的趋势。3~9岁聋儿在反映手眼协调及空间知觉的分测验和正常听力儿童相比差异无显著性;16~17岁聋儿在反映图形记忆及图形组合能力的短视觉记忆及空间推理两项分测验和正常听力儿童相比差异无显著性。但反映概念推理、思维想象的图画联想、图画类同以及色彩记忆、数字记忆力均较正常听力儿童明显落后。经多元逐步回归分析显示与聋儿智力发育有关的主要因素有:是否选配助听器、家庭教育经费投入及开始受教育年龄。

Through the data analysis and investigation of the funding need, finding source, and use of the elementary education for China's countryside, the essay suggests that the government should decide on the early greatly increased investment in the education, regain some authorities on the management and administration of the money and budget, so that the central and provincial governments can have a stronger ability to implement a macro control policy.

本文通过对我国农村基础教育经费需求、来源与使用的个案材料分析和整体数据考察,建议国家及早大幅度地增加教育经费投入,适当回收基础教育管理和经费筹措体制的部分责任与权力,加大中央和省级对于教育的宏观调控能力。
