薄弱生分层辅导与精准补偿的“六度”思考

【摘要】:提升学业薄弱学生的成绩既是初中教学工作的重点问题亦是难点问题,若不及时、科学处置,必将导致"短板效应",严重影响学校教学质量的整体提升。为解决这一问题,各校在分层辅导和教学补偿上做了大量探索,虽取得了一些成效,却存在着精准性不够、时效性不强、回报率不高等问题。对此,笔者结合自己的教学实践,阐释了如何从加快速度、重视温度、提高精度、拓展宽度、调节深度、达成效度六个方面做好薄弱初中生的分层辅导与精准补偿。
[Abstract]:To improve the academic achievement of weak students is not only the key problem of junior high school teaching work, but also the difficult problem. If not dealt with in time, scientific treatment will lead to "short board effect", which will seriously affect the overall improvement of school teaching quality. In order to solve this problem, various schools have made a great deal of exploration on stratified tutoring and teaching compensation. Although some achievements have been made, there are some problems such as insufficient accuracy, low timeliness and low rate of return. In view of this, the author combined his teaching practice, explained how to improve the speed, attach importance to temperature, improve the accuracy, expand the width, adjust the depth, achieve the validity of six aspects of weak junior high school students to do a good job in stratified guidance and accurate compensation.
