情境教学法在高中虚拟语气条件句教学中的应用研究

【摘要】:情境教学法是教师根据教学内容,创设真实或半真实的语言环境,引导学生积极主动地参与到各项教学活动中。目前情境教学在高中英语课堂中的实证研究相对较少,因此本文将研究视角放在情境法在高中英语语法教学中的应用上,并选择了虚拟语气条件句做为研究的具体项目。虚拟语气表达说话者的愿望、建议和假设。它不仅是语法学界讨论的焦点,也是英语教学中一个重要的语言点。鉴于英汉差异及虚拟语气本身的复杂性,对中国学习者来说,如何理解和掌握虚拟语气始终是英语语法学习和各类英语考试的一个障碍;对于英语教师来说,如何有效地进行虚拟语气教学也是一项挑战。本研究尝试将情境教学法应用到高二学生的虚拟语气条件句教学中,实验进行四周,采用对照班的方式。研究的问题包括:(1)情境教学法能否改变学生对语法学习的态度?(2)在虚拟语气条件句的理解上,相比传统的语法规则记忆法,情境教学法是否更加有效?(3)在虚拟语气条件句的习得上,情境教学法是否比传统的教学方法更持久?问卷调查结果显示,在相同时长的教学后,实验班的学生对语法学习有了较积级的态度;实验班后测和延时测的分析结果证实,在虚拟语气这个具体的语法项目教学中,情境教学法的运用加深了学生对该知识点的印象,比传统的教学方法更能帮助学生持久地记忆;实验班和控制班的后测结果表明,在完成和虚拟语气条件句有关的测试时,情境教学法提高了学生的成绩,证实了该教学法的有效性。以上研究结果希望能为高中的语法教学拓宽一些教学思路和提供实践方面的一些参考。
[Abstract]:Situational teaching method is to create a real or semi-real language environment according to the content of teaching, and to guide students to actively participate in various teaching activities. There are relatively few empirical studies on situational teaching in senior high school English classroom. Therefore, this paper focuses on the application of situational approach in English grammar teaching in senior high school, and chooses the subjunctive conditional sentence as the specific project of the study. A subjunctive tone expresses the speaker's wishes, suggestions, and assumptions. It is not only the focus of discussion in grammar circles, but also an important language point in English teaching. In view of the differences between English and Chinese and the complexity of subjunctive mood itself, how to understand and master subjunctive mood is always an obstacle for Chinese learners to learn English grammar and English examination. How to effectively carry out subjunctive tone teaching is also a challenge. This study attempts to apply situational teaching method to the teaching of subjunctive conditional sentences in Senior two students. The experiment is carried out for four weeks and the control class is adopted. The research questions include: (1) can situational teaching method change students' attitude towards grammar learning? (2) compared with the traditional grammar rule memory method, the understanding of subjunctive modal conditional sentences; Is situational teaching more effective? (3) in the acquisition of subjunctive conditional sentences, is situational teaching more durable than traditional teaching methods? The results of the questionnaire survey showed that after teaching for the same length of time, the students in the experimental class had a more productive attitude towards grammar learning, and the analysis of the post-test and the delayed test in the experimental class confirmed that in the teaching of subjunctive mood as a specific grammar item, The application of situational teaching method has deepened the students' impression of the knowledge point and can help students to memorize the knowledge point more than the traditional teaching method, and the post-test results of the experimental class and the control class show that, when completing the test related to the subjunctive conditional sentence, The situational teaching method improves the students' achievement and proves the validity of the teaching method. The above results hope to broaden some teaching ideas and provide some practical references for grammar teaching in senior high school.
