梅州市农村中小学田径器材与场地资源开发与利用

【摘要】:体育器材与场地资源是完成学校体育教学的重要保证,农村中小学教学条件相对较差,政府、学校对体育教学的投入相对较少。在现有条件下,要改善农村中小学体育教学条件,走自主开发资源道路是可取的。由于田径运动具有方便易行、对器材场地要求低、能有效提高中小学生基本活动能力和身体素质的特点,选取田径资源开发可缓解农村中小学器材与场地缺乏现状,采用文献研究法、问卷调查法、数理统计法,通过随机抽样方法对梅州市8个县(区)共75所农村中小学进行问卷调查,统计分析目前梅州市农村中小学田径器材与场地资源配置现状,选择蕉岭县三圳镇中心小学为教学实验对象,通过开发当地自然环境资源、学校内外体育设施资源和制作器材与场地资源的方式教学实验。调查分析表明:梅州市农村中小学校田径器材配置情况不佳,规模较小的学校容易完成配置要求,但达到配置要求的都是不易损耗,容易装备的田径器材,如:接力棒、跳高架等;数量要求较大,难管理的器材,如垒球、小沙包等却有配置。从田径场地配置来看:农村中小学田径场地环境较差,总体达标率在34.65%,80%的农村学校的田径场地以200米黄土田径场为主,容易受天气影响,不利于学生参加田径锻炼,降低参加田径运动兴趣,还有可能出现运动损伤;体育设施管理不完善,缺乏完整的器材与场地管理制度体系,部分的学校没有专职体育设施管理员和缺乏专门保管体育器材的地方;梅州市农村学校田径器材与场地资源开发水平较低,学校和社区现有体育器材与场地资源以及得天独厚的自然地理环境资源未得到有效开发和利用。为了更好地促进梅州市农村中小学体育健康课程的发展,提高田径教学的地位和作用,应利用本地特有山地、小河、田野和丘陵等自然条件和梅州市农村现有体育设施资源以及生活废旧资源,根据安全性原则、因地制宜原则、科学性原则、经济性原则、实用性原则、环保性原则,通过开发现有器材与场地资源,如:合理布局现有场地、发挥器材的一物多用功能、在现有场地基础上设计新的田径教学场地(弯道跑教学场地、快速通过障碍场地)、合理开发校内过道、墙面、楼梯等非体育场地和校外社区公共体育休闲场地;利用编织袋、报纸等生活废旧资源,烂足球、篮球等废旧器材资源和竹竿、玉米棒等自然资源制作简易田径器材;还可以将田径教学场地转移到山地、田野、山坡中去等多种方式缓解农村中小学器材与场地的不足。
[Abstract]:Sports equipment and site resources are important guarantees for the completion of physical education in schools. The teaching conditions of primary and secondary schools in rural areas are relatively poor, and the government and schools have relatively less investment in physical education teaching. Under the existing conditions, it is advisable to improve the teaching conditions of physical education in rural primary and secondary schools and to develop resources independently. Because track and field sports are convenient and easy to carry out, the requirement of equipment field is low, and the basic activity ability and physical quality of primary and middle school students can be effectively improved. The selection of track and field resources can alleviate the lack of equipment and site in rural primary and secondary schools. A questionnaire survey of 75 rural primary and secondary schools in 8 counties (districts) of Meizhou was conducted by means of literature research, questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics. This paper analyzes the present situation of track and field equipment and site resources in rural primary and secondary schools in Meizhou City, and selects Sanqian Town Central Primary School in Jiaoling County as the teaching experiment object and develops the local natural environment resources. Teaching experiment on the resources of sports facilities and production equipment and site resources inside and outside the school. The investigation and analysis show that the allocation of track and field equipment in rural primary and secondary schools in Meizhou is not good, and the small schools are easy to complete the allocation requirements, but those that meet the configuration requirements are the track and field equipment which are easy to wear and tear, such as relay baton. High-jump frame; large quantity, difficult to manage the equipment, such as softball, small sandbags and so on. From the view of track and field allocation: the environment of track and field in rural primary and secondary schools is poor, and the overall track and field reach rate of 34.65% or 80% of the track and field venues in rural schools is mainly 200 meters loess track and field, which is vulnerable to the influence of the weather and is not conducive to students participating in track and field exercise. Reducing interest in participating in track and field sports may also lead to sports injuries, imperfect management of sports facilities, lack of a complete system of equipment and site management, Some schools do not have full-time sports facilities administrator and lack of special custody of sports equipment, Meizhou rural schools track and field equipment and site resources development level is low, School and community sports equipment and site resources and the unique natural geographical environment resources have not been effectively developed and utilized. In order to better promote the development of physical education health courses in rural primary and secondary schools in Meizhou, and to improve the status and role of track and field teaching, we should make use of the unique local mountains and rivers. Natural conditions such as fields and hills, and the existing sports facilities and living waste resources in Meizhou rural areas, according to the principles of safety, measures to local conditions, science, economy, practicability, environmental protection, etc. Through the development of existing equipment and site resources, such as rational distribution of existing sites, giving play to a multi-purpose function of the equipment, a new track and field teaching site is designed on the basis of the existing field. To reasonably develop non-sports venues such as hallways, walls, stair, and community public sports leisure venues outside school; to utilize life waste resources such as woven bags, newspapers and other waste resources, bad football, basketball and other used equipment resources and bamboo poles, The natural resources such as corncob can be used to make simple track and field equipment, and the track and field teaching field can also be transferred to mountain, field and hillside to alleviate the shortage of equipment and field in rural primary and secondary schools.
