我国中小学教研组建设研究述评

【摘要】:中小学教研组在我国基础教育中发挥了重要的作用。我国中小学教研组建设取得了一定的成果,主要集中在教研组建设的方法、教研组的作用、教研组的性质、教研组文化等方面,表明中小学教研组建设已经开始从技术操作走向价值追求,从形式走向内涵。同时,教研组建设也存在诸多不足,如教研组建设缺乏系统性,教研组内涵建设缺乏教育理解,教研组发展缺乏保障机制等。结合我国中小学教研组建设的实际和研究现状,今后教研组建设的研究应加强教研组建设的理论建构,关注教研组建设的现实条件,完善教研组建设的发展机制。
[Abstract]:The primary and middle school teaching and research group has played an important role in the basic education of our country. Some achievements have been made in the construction of teaching and research groups in primary and secondary schools in China. They mainly focus on the methods of building teaching and research groups, the role of teaching and research groups, the nature of teaching and research groups, the culture of teaching and research groups, and so on. It shows that the construction of teaching and research groups in primary and middle schools has begun to move from technical operation to value pursuit and form to connotation. At the same time, there are many deficiencies in the construction of teaching and research group, such as the lack of systematization of teaching and research group construction, the lack of educational understanding in the construction of teaching and research group connotation, the lack of guarantee mechanism for the development of teaching and research group, and so on. According to the actual situation of the construction of the teaching and research group in primary and secondary schools in China, the research on the construction of the teaching and research group in the future should strengthen the theoretical construction of the teaching and research group, pay attention to the practical conditions of the construction of the teaching and research group and perfect the development mechanism of the construction of the teaching and research group.
