农村中学思想品德课教学方法探究

【摘要】:社会转型期,新旧道德标准和体系不断冲突,产生了诸多社会无序与道德乱象,人们的道德观念和行为方式正经历着前所未有的挑战。中学生正处于道德品质塑造的关键时期和道德人格形成的重要阶段。如何通过教学方法的改革,塑造具有高尚道德人格的中学生,避免中学生产生道德失范行为,成为时代紧迫的要求。在素质教育和新课程改革的社会背景下,中学生道德教育的重要性日渐凸显。本文从从理论和实践的角度,农村中学生思想品德课教学方式改革问题进行探讨,并结合实际提出具有针对性和指导意义的对策。论文首先基于文献分析和网络资料,对中学生思想品德课教学方式改革的相关概念与特殊性进行了概述,阐释了农村中学生思想品德课教学方式改革的特殊性和重要性。其次,结合相关文献资料与实地调研,对农村中学生思想品德课教学方式改革的现实问题进行了分析,指出当前农村中学生思想品德课教学方式主要存在以下问题:过分强调书本教学和课堂讲授、学生的参与性和积极性不够高、忽视学生思想道德素质的培育、教师知识结构和技能水平有限。在此基础上进一步分析农村中学生思想品德课教学方式存在问题的原因,主要是课程模式陈旧,教学方式单一;教学内容枯燥,课堂参与不足;理论实践脱节,德育建设滞后;师资培训落后,教学资源有限等因素引起的。最后,紧密结合上述问题及其原因分析,提出如下相关改进对策:一是改变传统的教学模式,优化课程设置;二是采用灵活的教学方式,创设情景教学;三是提供丰富的教学内容,激发道德情感;四加强教师队伍建设,保证教学质量。总体而言,中学生思想品德课教学方式改革是教育内容和体系不断更新的必然结果,只有不断与时俱进,才能发挥其培育人才的重要作用。
[Abstract]:In the period of social transformation, the new and old moral standards and systems are constantly conflicting, resulting in a lot of social disorder and moral disorder, people's moral concept and behavior are experiencing unprecedented challenges. Middle school students are in the critical period of shaping moral character and the important stage of forming moral personality. How to shape the high school students with noble moral personality through the reform of teaching methods and avoid the middle school students' moral anomie has become an urgent requirement of the times. Under the social background of quality education and new curriculum reform, moral education of middle school students is becoming more and more important. From the angle of theory and practice, this paper probes into the reform of the teaching method of ideological and moral course for middle school students in rural areas, and puts forward some countermeasures with pertinence and guiding significance combined with the practice. Firstly, based on the literature analysis and network data, this paper summarizes the related concepts and particularities of the reform of middle school students' ideological and moral teaching methods, and explains the particularity and importance of the reform of rural middle school students' ideological and moral teaching methods. Secondly, combining with the relevant literature and field investigation, this paper analyzes the practical problems of the reform of the teaching method of the ideological and moral course of the rural middle school students. It is pointed out that the main problems in the current teaching methods of middle school students in rural areas are as follows: too much emphasis is placed on book teaching and classroom teaching, students' participation and enthusiasm are not high enough, and the cultivation of students' ideological and moral qualities is neglected. The knowledge structure and skill level of teachers are limited. On this basis, it further analyzes the causes of the problems existing in the teaching methods of the ideological and moral course of rural middle school students, mainly because the course model is old, the teaching method is single, the teaching content is boring, the classroom participation is insufficient, the theory and practice are disjointed, the moral education construction lags behind; Teacher training lags behind, teaching resources are limited and other factors caused. Finally, according to the analysis of the above problems and their causes, the following countermeasures are put forward: one is to change the traditional teaching mode and optimize the curriculum, the other is to adopt flexible teaching methods to create situational teaching. Third, to provide rich teaching content, stimulate moral emotion, and fourth, to strengthen the construction of teachers to ensure the quality of teaching. In general, the reform of the teaching method of middle school students' ideological and moral education is the inevitable result of the continuous renewal of the educational content and system. Only by constantly advancing with the times, can it play an important role in cultivating talents.
