“三三和谐高效课堂”中的美术高效课堂

【摘要】:“三三和谐高效课堂”,是在教育可持续发展及我国中小学课程改革的大背景下,对学科课程课堂教学的组织方式、教学方法、内容建构、教学过程等模式的研究探索与尝试,是学校总体课程改革的研究方向。以美术教研组为单位进行的美术高效课堂改革就是“三三和谐高效课堂”中的子课题。其研究的主要目的是帮助师生建立美术高效课堂模式,改变传统的美术课堂模式。美术高效课堂是一场”以学生为主,为学生服务、激励学生、重视学生、透过学生、为了学生”的改革。作为一名一线教师就要承担起美术课程改革发展进程中的责任,以积极的态度推动教育可持续发展。本文结构如下:引言是学校在反复学习研讨中确定“三三和谐高效课堂”改革的学习历程。“三三和谐高效课堂”教学模式的确定,拉开了学校课堂教学改革的大幕。笔者作为美术教研组长担负起学校美术高效课堂改革的责任。第一章是“三三和谐高效课堂”模式研究背景和意义的概述。对“三三”的概念作了简要的分析,综述了高效课堂教学国内外研究现状、理论依据,提出了本课题研究的方法。第二章通过对传统美术课堂与高效美术课堂的比较分析,阐述了高效美术课程改革的目的、理论基础及教学原则。第三章是美术高效课堂教学模式实施的必要性与原则。第四章是“三三和谐高效美术课堂”教学活动的实施。改革课堂教学模式,教师适应课改模式,倾听学生的内心;教师要持续学习、勇于实践,让每一节美术课堂实现有效教学。本章节重点介绍“三三和谐高效美术课堂”模式录影(课堂主要各环节及步骤)及“三三和谐高效美术课堂”活动实践案例。第五章是研究总结与反思。“三三和谐高效课堂”,提高了学生的人文教育素养,师生的综合素质的到了提升,教师的思想认识发生了很大变化,教师的教学方式发生了变化,学生的学习方式发生了根本性变化,学校教研氛围发生了变化。此次课程改革中还存在一些需要改进的问题,但是,只要我们扎实去做、努力更新、积极钻研,笔者认为,研究的课题无大小之分,只要它有我们进行研究的意义与价值,值得研究和思考,我们就要坚持深入的做下去。
[Abstract]:Under the background of the sustainable development of education and the curriculum reform of primary and secondary schools in China, the "three harmonious and efficient classroom" is a research exploration and attempt on the organization mode, teaching method, content construction, teaching process and so on of the classroom teaching of the subject course. It is the research direction of the overall curriculum reform in schools. The reform of art efficient classroom based on art teaching and research group is a sub-topic of "three harmonious and efficient classroom". The main purpose of its research is to help teachers and students to establish an efficient art classroom model and to change the traditional art classroom model. Art efficient classroom is a "student-oriented, service for students, encourage students, attach importance to students, through students, for students" reform. As a first-line teacher, we should take on the responsibility in the course of art curriculum reform and promote the sustainable development of education with a positive attitude. The structure of this paper is as follows: the introduction is the learning process of the reform of "three harmonious and efficient classroom". The determination of the teaching mode of "three-three harmonious and efficient classroom" has opened the curtain of classroom teaching reform in schools. As the head of art teaching and research, I take the responsibility of the high-efficiency classroom reform of the school art. The first chapter is a summary of the research background and significance of the "three-three harmonious and efficient classroom" model. This paper makes a brief analysis of the concept of "3 / 3", summarizes the current research situation and theoretical basis of high efficiency classroom teaching at home and abroad, and puts forward the research methods of this subject. The second chapter through the traditional art classroom and the efficient art classroom comparative analysis, elaborated the high efficiency fine arts curriculum reform goal, the theory foundation and the teaching principle. The third chapter is the necessity and principle of the implementation of art-efficient classroom teaching model. The fourth chapter is the implementation of "three-three harmonious and efficient art classroom" teaching activities. Reform the classroom teaching mode, teachers adapt to the curriculum reform model, listen to the heart of the students, teachers should continue to learn, dare to practice, so that each section of the art classroom to achieve effective teaching. This chapter focuses on the "three harmonious and efficient art classroom" model video (classroom main links and steps) and "three harmonious and efficient art classroom" practice cases. The fifth chapter is the summary and reflection of the research. "3 / 3 harmonious and efficient classroom" has improved students' humanistic education literacy, improved the comprehensive quality of teachers and students, greatly changed teachers' ideological understanding, and changed teachers' teaching methods. The students' learning style has changed fundamentally, and the atmosphere of teaching and research has changed. There are still some problems in this curriculum reform that need to be improved. However, as long as we do it in a down-to-earth manner, work hard to update it and actively study it, the author believes that the research topic has no size, as long as it has the significance and value of our research. It is worth studying and thinking, we should persist in doing it in depth.
