班主任视野中的社会主义核心价值观教育情况

【摘要】：正一、调查基本情况本研究选取了湖北省咸宁、黄冈两市所属乡镇24所农村中小学(包括教学点)120名中小学班主任进行问卷调查,回收问卷110份,有效答卷102份。所调查班主任中小学43人,初中59人;男性48人,女性54人;年龄21—58岁(平均数38.96岁);教师工龄1—43年(平均数18.11);班主任工作工龄1—35年(平均数12.65)。班主任职称情况:无职称10人,初级职称24人,中级职称66人,副高职称2人,高级职称人数为0人。班主任学历情况:高中/中专1人,大专34人,本科65人,硕士研究生2人。
[Abstract]:First, the investigation of the basic situation this study selected from 24 rural primary and secondary schools (including teaching points) 120 primary and middle schools in Xianning, Huanggang City, Hubei Province, 120 primary and secondary school teachers to carry out a questionnaire, 110 questionnaires, 102 effective responses. There were 43 teachers in primary and middle schools and 59 in junior middle schools; 48 men and 54 women; ages 21-58 (mean 38.96 years); teachers' years of service 1-43 years (average 18.11); working hours of class teachers 1-35 years (average 12.65). Class teacher title: 10 people without title, 24 people with junior title, 66 people with intermediate title, 2 people with deputy high title, 0 people with senior title. Class teacher education: 1 high school / technical secondary school, 34 junior college, 65 undergraduate, 2 graduate students.
