构建和谐的基础教育教学评价体系探究

【摘要】：基础教育教学评价要以人为本,以促进人的全面发展为出发点,探求教学评价的非管理功能,发挥教师和学生在评价中的主体作用,加强自评与互评,关注人自身发展的完整性,重视具体个人与他人之间的相互关系,整合发展性评价、诊断性评价等多种评价方法,将观察、访谈等方法与测验相结合,发展主体的创造性,融评价于教学生活中,融评价于人的发展中,注重教学评价体系的和谐。
[Abstract]:The evaluation of basic education teaching should be people-oriented, take the promotion of people's all-round development as the starting point, explore the non-management function of teaching evaluation, give play to the main role of teachers and students in the evaluation, and strengthen self-evaluation and mutual evaluation. Pay attention to the integrity of human's own development, attach importance to the relationship between specific individuals and others, integrate developmental evaluation, diagnostic evaluation and other evaluation methods, combine observation, interview and other methods with tests, and develop the creativity of the main body. Melt evaluation in teaching life, melt evaluation in the development of people, pay attention to the harmony of teaching evaluation system.
