语文核心素养:“表达力”和“思想力”——基于PISA最新分析报告

【摘要】:文章基于PISA官网2016年12月6日公布的《PISA 2018分析框架草案》及其主要内容,深度聚焦当前大陆教育界所关注的“语文核心素养”及其基本内涵。通过对《PISA 2018分析框架草案》中“阅读参与度”“批判性思考”“读写联系体”三个新概念的价值特征的逐一透视,并融入世界语言学史主流学术观念的演绎主线,以人类语用的第一功能即“表达”为逻辑起点,重新定义“语文核心素养”的本质规定,凸显学习主体全部语用行为中“表达力”“思想力”这两个最基本的要素,进而为创新性定义“语文核心素养”开辟一种可供参考的新思路。
[Abstract]:Based on the draft Analysis Framework of PISA 2018 published on PISA's official website on December 6, 2016, this paper focuses on the "Chinese Core Literacy" and its basic connotation which are concerned by the mainland educational circles. Through the perspective of the value characteristics of the three new concepts of "participation in reading" and "critical thinking" of "reading and writing connection" in PISA 2018, and the deductive main line of the mainstream academic ideas in the history of world linguistics, this paper makes a thorough analysis of the value characteristics of the three new concepts of "reading participation" and "reading and writing connection". Taking "expression", the first function of human pragmatics, as the logical starting point, this paper redefines the essential provisions of "Chinese Core Literacy" and highlights the two most basic elements of "expressiveness" and "thought power" in all pragmatic acts of learning subjects. Thus, it opens up a new way for reference in the innovative definition of "Chinese Core Literacy".
