中小学教师学历提升的趋势分析

【摘要】:通过对2001—2013年各类学历中小学教师数量的统计分析,运用时间序列法对2014—2020年各类学历中小学教师数量进行模型预测,发现中小学教师学历提升过程表现出从高中、专科学历为主的"两级"向专科、本科、高中学历为主的"三级",再向专科和本科学历为主的"新两级",再向专科、本科、研究生学历为主的"新三级",最后到本科、研究生学历为主的"超两级"循序推进的总体趋势。高中、初中、小学教师都遵循着相同的学历提升趋势,但具体进程并不同步。高中教师学历提升得最快,初中其次,小学处于最后。基于中小学教师学历提升的趋势分析,应当修订《教师法》,将教师资格的基准学历提高到本科,同时具有学士学位;在职教师应当不断增强自我学习动力,努力提高自身的学历层次;高等院校应当改革教师教育模式,保障教师学历的含金量;师范生应当加强教师专业学习,努力提高初次入职学历。
[Abstract]:Based on the statistical analysis of the number of primary and secondary school teachers with various qualifications from 2001 to 2013, this paper uses the time series method to predict the number of teachers with various qualifications in primary and secondary schools from 2014 to 2020. The "two levels" of specialized education are to the "three levels", which are mainly specialized, undergraduate and senior high school, to the "new two", which are mainly specialized and undergraduate, to the "new three", which are mainly specialized, undergraduate, and graduate, and finally to the undergraduate. Graduate degree-based "super-two levels" to promote the overall trend. Teachers in high school, middle school and primary school follow the same trend, but the process is not synchronous. High school teachers' qualifications are promoted fastest, junior middle schools second, primary schools at the end. Based on the trend analysis of the upgrading of primary and secondary school teachers' qualifications, we should amend the teacher's Law to raise the basic qualifications of teachers' qualifications to undergraduate degrees, and have a bachelor's degree at the same time. In-service teachers should constantly enhance their motivation of self-learning and strive to improve their academic qualifications, and colleges and universities should reform the mode of teacher education to ensure the gold content of teachers' academic qualifications. Normal school students should strengthen teachers' professional study and strive to improve their initial entry qualifications.
