当前中学生孝道教育存在的问题及对策

【摘要】:孝道是我国传统美德,也是我国中学教育体系的重要内容之一。然而,当前我国关于中学生群体开展的孝道教育却存在很多问题,严重影响到我国优良传统文化的传承、中学生优良人格品质的培养以及社会和谐发展的有效实现。因此,如何有效解决我国当前中学生群体孝道教育的问题,成为理论界与实务界共同关注的焦点问题。本文选取“当前中学生孝道教育存在的问题及对策”这一选题,旨在明确当前我国面向中学生群体所开展的孝道教育当中存在的具体问题,并结合实际情况从社会、学校、家庭与学生这四个层面出发分析,为有效加强中学生孝道教育提供了相应的建议与对策。本文通过问卷调查与访谈调查的方式,从社会、学校、家庭和学生四方面入手,对当前我国中学生的孝道教育问题进行了深入分析。我们发现学校在当前中学生的孝道教育中出现孝道拓展基本缺失问题,在进行孝道教育的过程中目标不清晰、孝道教育目标不清晰和孝道教育反馈机制不完善等问题。学生主体缺乏正确的孝道认知和实在的孝道实践,虽然具备“孝道”意识但缺乏“孝道”认知,孝道基于“亲亲”关系但缺乏真心,同时绝大多数孝道实践践行面窄,流于形式。家庭缺乏良好的孝道教育环境,未发挥榜样模范作用,同时也缺乏与学校的有效沟通。本文从社会、学校、家庭和学生四个层面来论述我国中学生孝道教育呈现出上述发展现状的原因。从社会层面的因素考虑,社会不良文化间接影响孝道教育,市场经济的不良文化及潮流文化的负面影响都极大的影响着孝道教育在中学生群体中的实现。从学校层面考虑,学校缺乏健全体制、新颖的教育内容和先进的师资力量,传统的应试教育机制限制孝道教育,空泛的孝道教育内容以及落后的师资力量导致上述发展现状。从家庭层面因素考虑,主要是由于家庭不良的教育方法影响中学生孝道意识形成。从学生层面考虑,主要是由于当代中学生对传统孝道的认知偏差及偏弱的自我管理能力,极易受不良文化的影响。通过对当前中学生的孝道教育现状及成因等问题进行明确分析,本文提出了几点加强中学生孝道教育的对策,分别从社会、学校、家庭和学生四方面进行建议,希望通过上述加强中学生孝道教育对策的呈现,可以为我国优化改变当前中学生孝道教育现状,解决中学生孝道教育当中存在的问题提供一定的理论参考与指引。
[Abstract]:Filial piety is the traditional virtue of our country, and it is also one of the important contents of our middle school education system. However, there are many problems in filial piety education of middle school students in our country at present, which seriously affect the inheritance of fine traditional culture, the cultivation of high school students' fine personality quality and the effective realization of harmonious development of society. Therefore, how to effectively solve the problem of filial piety education of middle school students in our country has become the focus of common concern in theoretical and practical circles. This paper selects the topic of "problems and countermeasures of filial piety education in middle school students", in order to clarify the specific problems in filial piety education for middle school students in our country, and combine with the actual situation from the society, school, The four levels of family and students provide corresponding suggestions and countermeasures for strengthening the filial piety education of middle school students. By means of questionnaire and interview, this paper analyzes the filial piety education of middle school students in our country from four aspects: society, school, family and students. We find that in the current middle school students' filial piety education, the basic lack of filial piety expansion, in the process of filial piety education objectives are not clear, filial piety education goals are not clear and filial piety education feedback mechanism is not perfect and so on. The students lack correct cognition and practice of filial piety. Though they have the consciousness of filial piety, they lack the cognition of filial piety. Filial piety is based on "kinship" but lacks sincerity. A mere formality. The family lacks the good filial piety education environment, does not play the role model, also lacks the effective communication with the school. This paper discusses the reasons for the development of filial piety education of middle school students in China from four aspects: society, school, family and students. Considering the social factors, the negative culture of the market economy and the negative influence of the trend culture have a great influence on the realization of filial piety education in the middle school students. Considering from the school level, the school lacks the perfect system, the new education content and the advanced teacher force, the traditional examination-oriented education mechanism limits the filial piety education, the empty filial piety education content and the backward teacher force causes the above development present situation. From the family level factor, mainly because the family bad education method affects the middle school student filial piety consciousness formation. Considering from the student level, it is mainly due to the cognitive bias and weak self-management ability of contemporary middle school students to traditional filial piety, which is easily influenced by bad culture. By analyzing the current situation and causes of filial piety education of middle school students, this paper puts forward some countermeasures to strengthen filial piety education of middle school students, and makes suggestions from four aspects: society, school, family and students. It is hoped that the above measures to strengthen the filial piety education of middle school students can provide some theoretical reference and guidance for optimizing and changing the current situation of filial piety education in our country and solving the problems existing in the filial piety education of middle school students.
