城乡一体化背景下长沙市城乡中学体育教学环境的比较研究
[Abstract]:Teaching environment is the basic guarantee of teaching activities. Physical education teaching environment affects every link of physical education activities. A good physical education environment can make students happy and improve their interest in learning. To promote students to learn sports knowledge and skills, so that physical education activities can be carried out smoothly. With the continuous advancement of the process of urban-rural integration in China, urban-rural education integration as an important part of urban-rural integration, urban-rural education balanced development will be gradually paid attention to. Under the special background of urban-rural integration, it is of great significance to study the present situation and differences of physical education teaching environment in middle schools in urban and rural areas, and to explore the optimization strategy of the development of physical education environment in middle schools in urban and rural areas in order to promote the development of urban-rural integration. In this paper, comprehensive use of literature, field investigation, questionnaire survey, mathematical statistics and other research methods, investigation of the development of urban and rural middle school physical education environment in Changsha, This paper compares and analyzes the differences in physical education teaching environment between urban and rural middle schools, and analyzes the reasons for the differences from the two aspects of educational input and school management system. The conclusions are as follows: (1) through the investigation of the present situation of the physical education teaching environment in urban and rural middle schools in Changsha, it is found that there are some differences in the construction of physical education teaching environment between the urban and rural middle schools in Changsha. The main reasons are the imbalance of government educational expenditure and the deviation of school management system. (2) on the whole, the present situation of physical education teaching environment in middle schools in urban and rural areas of Changsha is not ideal, and some schools' sports venues and sports equipment facilities are far from the requirements of the relevant policies formulated by the state or the education departments. Students' physical training situation is not optimistic; The performance of urban middle school and township middle school has its own advantages and disadvantages. The city middle school is better than the township middle school in physical education teaching hard environment on the whole, while the township middle school is partly stronger than the city middle school in the soft environment of physical education teaching. (3) in the aspect of physical education teaching hard environment, Changsha City Middle School has better performance than township middle school in other aspects except physical education teachers' quantity is a little lower than that of township middle school. In recent years, the township middle schools have strengthened their sports facilities and equipment, and their funds have been increased, but they still can not meet the needs of normal physical education teaching. (4) in the soft environment of school physical education teaching, Changsha city middle school can carry out the physical education teaching system formulated by the relevant departments better, has better sports tradition and atmosphere, and the township middle school is not performing well; The teaching attitude and expectation of physical education teachers in Changsha urban and rural middle schools are good, and the relationship between teachers and students and the relationship between students and students in Changsha township middle school is more harmonious than that in city middle school. (5) through learning from each other between urban and rural middle schools, sharing educational resources, learning from each other to further optimize the physical education teaching environment of urban and rural middle schools to achieve the integration of urban and rural education, and finally promote the process of urban and rural integration in Changsha. Finally, combined with the development strategy of urban and rural integration, the paper puts forward some suggestions on how to optimize the physical education environment of middle schools in Changsha from the two aspects of hard environment and soft environment. In order to provide a useful reference for the construction of physical education teaching environment in urban and rural middle schools in Changsha, promote the balanced development of physical education in urban and rural middle schools, and further accelerate the pace of integration of urban and rural areas.
