中小学课堂合作学习的伦理失衡及其矫正策略

【摘要】：合作学习的伦理范畴应包含合作学习的理性、合作学习的公正与合作学习的人道三个方面。目前在中小学的课堂中还存在着理性的缺失——合作学习的乱用与错用、公平的缺失——话语霸权与弱势群体、人道的缺失——关注任务忽略情感等伦理失衡问题。我们应回归理性,重新审视合作学习的价值与功能;保障公平,建立科学合理的小组合作学习机制;注重人道,建立发展性合作学习评价体系。
[Abstract]:The ethical category of cooperative learning should include the rationality of cooperative learning, the justice of cooperative learning and the humanity of cooperative learning. At present, there is a lack of rationality in the classroom of primary and secondary schools-the misuse and misuse of cooperative learning, the lack of fairness-discourse hegemony and vulnerable groups, the lack of humanitarianism-concern about tasks, neglect of emotion, and other ethical imbalances. We should return to rationality, re-examine the value and function of cooperative learning, guarantee fairness, set up scientific and reasonable cooperative learning mechanism, pay attention to humanity and establish evaluation system of developmental cooperative learning.
