刘艳华语文课堂教学艺术研究

【摘要】：近年来,我省多次召开了语文教育教学研讨会,语文教育事业如火如荼地进行着,不断涌现出许多优秀的语文教育工作者,他们凭借自身的智慧与努力,在语文教育教学方面形成了独具特色的课堂教学艺术,他们能轻松地驾驭课堂,灵活地与学生互动,在寓教于乐中使学生高效学习。特别是身处一线的语文特级教师,他们仍在不断探索,积极投身于教育实践之中,切实提高了学生的语文能力。本文以辽宁省大连市第二十四中学语文特级教师刘艳华为例,从刘艳华老师所出版的著作、发表的论文、课堂实录及教案设计出发,研究并总结刘艳华老师语文课堂教学艺术的特点,为青年教师的成长及一线教师的长足发展提供宝贵经验。论文首先对语文课堂教学艺术进行了阐释,对语文特级教师课堂教学现状进行了研究,之后对刘艳华老师语文课堂教学艺术形成的因素进行分析,主要包括内部因素和外部因素;通过刘艳华老师的课堂教学实录及访谈内容归纳总结出刘艳华老师语文课堂教学艺术的内容,以期对当下语文教育教学有所启示。刘艳华老师的语文课堂教学艺术的内容主要包括:民主开放,尊重个性;感性激趣,培养人格;理性思辨,积淀知识;高效教学,促进发展。刘艳华老师的课堂教学艺术,对当下语文教育教学产生了积极作用,使学生和教师更加注重“学”与“思”并举;“钻”与“行”并进;“教”与“管”并重;“技巧”与“素养”并行的教育教学新理念,促使当下语文教育事业更加蓬勃发展。
[Abstract]:In recent years, many Chinese education seminars have been held in our province, and the Chinese education is in full swing. Many excellent Chinese educators have emerged, who rely on their own wisdom and efforts. In the aspect of Chinese education and teaching, they have formed the unique art of classroom teaching. They can easily control the classroom, interact with the students flexibly, and make the students learn efficiently in the process of teaching and learning. Especially in the front line of Chinese teachers, they are still exploring, actively engaged in educational practice, and effectively improve the students' language ability. This paper takes Liu Yanhua, the 24 middle school Chinese teacher in Dalian, Liaoning Province, as an example, starting from the works published, published papers, classroom records and teaching plan design by teacher Liu Yanhua. This paper studies and summarizes the characteristics of Liu Yanhua's Chinese classroom teaching art, and provides valuable experience for the growth of young teachers and the rapid development of front-line teachers. Firstly, the paper explains the art of Chinese classroom teaching, studies the present situation of Chinese teachers' classroom teaching, and then analyzes the factors of the formation of Liu Yanhua's Chinese classroom teaching art. Mainly including internal factors and external factors; Through the classroom teaching record and interview of Liu Yanhua, this paper sums up the contents of the art of Chinese classroom teaching of teacher Liu Yanhua, in order to enlighten the present Chinese education and teaching. The contents of Liu Yanhua's Chinese classroom teaching art include: democracy and openness, respect for personality, emotional arousal, cultivation of personality, rational thinking and accumulation of knowledge, efficient teaching and promoting development. Liu Yanhua's classroom teaching art has played a positive role in the current Chinese education and teaching, making students and teachers pay more attention to "learning" and "thinking", "drilling" and "doing", "teaching" and "management"; The new concept of "skill" and "accomplishment" promotes the development of Chinese education.
