【摘要】：八极拳发源于河北省孟村回族自治县,是沧州武术文化的重要组成部分,也是中华武术的杰出代表。在孟村回族自治县八极拳体育校本课程开发具有潜移默化的熏陶和师资整体水平高的区域优势。其价值体现在:有助于开发智力和右脑功能,磨炼中小学生的意志,增强中小学生的体质,引领中小学体育校本课程的开发。
[Abstract]:Born in Mengcun Hui Autonomous County, Hebei Province, Bhaji Boxing is an important part of Cangzhou Wushu culture and an outstanding representative of Chinese Wushu. In Mengcun Hui Autonomous County, the development of school-based curriculum of Bazhou Boxing physical Education has the regional advantage of imperceptible edification and high level of teachers. Its value lies in: help to develop intelligence and right brain function, temper the will of primary and middle school students, strengthen the physique of primary and middle school students, lead the development of physical education school-based curriculum in middle and primary schools.
