石阡县中学学校体育引进少数民族传统体育的现状调查与对策研究

【摘要】:本文通过文献资料法、问卷调查法、逻辑分析法和数理统计法等研究方法,在少数民族传统体育进入学校体育的可行性与必要性的基础上,对石阡县中学引进少数民族传统体育的现状、学校开展少数民族传统体育存在的问题等进行调查研究,对少数民族传统体育引进学校并在学校有效的开展提出对策与建议。通过笔者走访调查研究得出结论是石阡县中学几乎都引进少数民族传统体育项目,但是开展的效果不佳,主要存在的问题有:第一,多数体育教师不具备少数民族传统体育相关技能,学校在组织学生参加大型少数民族传统体育活动时都是聘请在校的大学生做兼职教练;第二,学校开展的少数民族体育都是在全国少数民族传统体育运动会上常见的一些比赛项目,活动项目较单一,没有根据地方特色开展适宜的其他运动项目;第三,缺乏少数民族传统体育的场地器材和有专业技术的教师;第四,学校虽然引进了少数民族传统体育项目,但在学校开展效果不佳,常规体育课上还以是足、篮、排、田径几大类为主;第五,学校虽然开展了少数民族传统体育项目,但是却对相关的知识普及不到位,导致许多学生对该项目没有深入的了解。针对以上问题笔者提出了以下几点建议:第一,石阡县各中学应充分利用石阡县丰富的少数民族传统体育资源,有步骤、有计划的引进少数民族传统体育项目,随后在小范围试行的基础上逐渐扩大;第二,因地制宜,积极探索,大胆创新;第三,学校采取补充资金购买器材、整修场地、组织教师外出参加相应的培训、聘请民间专家进校授课等措施保障少数民族传统体育项目有效开展;第四,学校和社会各界要注重对少数民族传统体育文化的宣传力度,积极营造良好的民族文化氛围;第五,在学生参与少数民族传统体育时,体育教师和相关的体育组织机构要加强对学生的指导;第六,制定人才引进计划,提供人才保护的条件。
[Abstract]:Based on the methods of literature, questionnaire, logic analysis and mathematical statistics, this paper discusses the feasibility and necessity of traditional minority sports entering school physical education. This paper investigates the present situation of the introduction of minority traditional sports in Shiqian county middle schools, and the problems existing in the development of minority traditional sports in schools, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for the introduction and effective development of minority traditional sports in schools. Through the author's visit and research, it is concluded that almost all middle schools in Shiqian County have introduced traditional sports of minority nationalities, but the results of these exercises are not good, and the main problems are: first, The majority of PE teachers do not have minority traditional sports related skills, the school in the organization of students to participate in large-scale traditional minority sports activities are engaged in college students to do part-time coaches; Second, the minority sports carried out in schools are some common sports events in the national traditional sports meet of ethnic minorities, the activities are relatively single, there are no suitable other sports according to the local characteristics; Third, the lack of traditional sports venues and equipment of ethnic minorities and teachers with professional skills; Fourth, although the school has introduced the minority traditional sports, but in the school development effect is not good, the conventional physical education class is also to be the foot, the basket, the row, the track and field several big categories mainly; Fifth, although the school carried out the traditional sports program of minority nationalities, it did not popularize the relevant knowledge, which resulted in many students do not have a deep understanding of the project. In view of the above problems, the author puts forward the following suggestions: first, every middle school in Shiqian County should make full use of the rich traditional sports resources of minority nationalities in Shiqian County, and introduce the traditional sports items of ethnic minorities step by step and in a planned way. Subsequently, on the basis of small scale trial, it gradually expanded; Second, according to local conditions, actively explore, bold innovation; Third, schools take supplementary funds to purchase equipment, renovate venues, organize teachers to go out to participate in the corresponding training, invite folk experts to teach in schools, and other measures to ensure the effective development of traditional sports projects for ethnic minorities; Fourth, schools and all walks of life should pay attention to the propaganda of the traditional sports culture of ethnic minorities and actively create a good atmosphere of national culture; Fifth, when students participate in the traditional sports of ethnic minorities, PE teachers and relevant sports organizations should strengthen the guidance to students; sixth, formulate a talent introduction plan to provide conditions for the protection of talents.
