基于SEC模式的高中物理学业水平考试与课程标准的一致性分析

【摘要】:本文借鉴和改造美国SEC(Surveys of Enacted Curriculum)一致性分析框架,在新课改推行十余年以及高考改革试行的两大背景下,以七省八份高中物理学业水平试卷与高中物理课程标准为研究对象,分析和检验二者的一致性。在本土化方法的改造方面,加入“超标”这一维度,改进SEC一致性分析方法缺乏各要素之间学习目标的直接匹配,无法提供一致性细节信息的不足。通过对二者的一致性分析,结果表明:各省试卷与课程标准一致性程度整体偏低,其中河北省试卷一致性系数最低(0.4000),江苏省试卷一致性系数最高(0.5778)接近临界参考值(0.7079)。在内容主题上,除个别省份外,整体上偏重对“运动描述”“抛体和圆周运动”的考查;降低了对“经典力学的成就和局限”“家用电器与日常生活”“电磁波与信息技术”“电路”的考查,而这几个主题与科技、社会、生活紧密相连,这与新课改强调重视渗透STS教育理念不一致。在认知水平上,尽管各省试卷普遍降低了对“了解”的考查力度,提高了对“理解”的考查力度,但并未进一步拔高对“应用”的考查力度,各省试卷都关注了对“实验/探究”的考查。课程标准在学习水平和行为动词的表述上存在若干问题需要进一步完善,在学生实验方面表述不够清晰,需要进一步明确。课程标准在指导教材编写、考试命题等方面的贯彻力度不够,导致产生了课标规定为“了解”考试考查为“理解”以及课标未明确规定而教材出现了相应知识点,考试却考到等“超标”现象。少数省份在试卷编写方面,必做部分与选做部分区分不够明确,出现混杂现象,选做部分之间也互有交叉,与课标对相关知识点的表述出入较大。
[Abstract]:This paper draws lessons from and transforms the American SEC (Surveys of Enacted Curriculum) consistency analysis frame, under the new curriculum reform carries out for more than ten years and the college entrance examination reform trial two big background, This paper analyzes and tests the consistency of eight senior high school physics academic level papers and high school physics curriculum standards in seven provinces. In the aspect of the transformation of the localization method, adding the dimension of "exceeding the standard", improving the SEC consistency analysis method lacks the direct matching of the learning objectives among the elements, and can not provide the detailed information of consistency. Through the analysis of the consistency between the two, the results show that the degree of consistency between the examination papers and the curriculum standards in each province is on the low side, and the consistency coefficient of the test papers in Hebei Province is the lowest (0.4000). The test paper consistency coefficient of Jiangsu Province is the highest (0.5778) close to the critical reference value (0.7079). In the content theme, apart from individual provinces, the overall emphasis on the "description of the motion" and "the circumference of the body and motion" examination; The examination of "achievements and limitations of classical mechanics", "Home appliances and daily life," electromagnetic wave and information technology, "circuits," and these themes are closely related to science, technology, society, and life, This is inconsistent with the new curriculum reform, which emphasizes the importance of infiltrating the STS educational concept. In terms of cognitive level, although the examination of "understanding" was generally reduced and the intensity of examination of "understanding" was increased, the examination of "application" was not further enhanced. The examination papers in each province are concerned with the examination of "experiment / inquiry". There are some problems in the expression of learning level and behavioral verbs in the curriculum standard, which need to be further improved, but not clear enough in the students' experiments, and need to be further clarified. The implementation of the curriculum standard in guiding the compilation of teaching materials and examination questions is not enough, which leads to the emergence of corresponding knowledge points in the teaching materials, which are stipulated in the curriculum standard as "understanding" and that the examination is "understanding" and the curriculum standard is not clearly stipulated. Examination but wait for "exceed the standard" phenomenon. In a few provinces, the distinction between the necessary part and the selection part is not clear enough, there is a mixed phenomenon, and there is also a cross between the selected part and the part, which is different from the description of the relevant knowledge points in the curriculum standard.
