初中英语个性化作业设计应用研究

【摘要】:我国初中学生英语作业负担重,但学习效果不理想。随着经济社会发展、学龄人口减少、学校教育生师比不断下降,个性化教育成为发展趋势,英语课程标准也倡导个性化教育理念,而设计个性化英语作业是个性化教育实践的一个重要方面。本研究以多元智能理论、最近发展区理论和“后方法”语言教学理论为指导,以文献研究法、课堂观察法、比较研究法、个案研究法、问卷调查法为研究方法,研究个性化英语作业的设计及应用问题,旨在改变英语作业现状,提高英语学习效果,促进学生个性发展。当前的英语家庭作业出现不少乱象,个性化教育理念在作业中并未得到切实的贯彻。我国个性化英语作业的研究与教学实际存在一定脱节,以经验丰富的教师或者专家教师作为主要的研究样本来源,虽然具有重要指导意义,但实践性不强,难以为普通教师尤其是经验不足的教师所借鉴和参考。在大班额教学背景下,教师在个性化英语作业设计和推行方面往往会遇到一些共同的问题和困难。本研究先对个性化英语作业与传统“一刀切”英语作业进行对比分析指出个性化作业的优越性,通过问卷调查和访谈了解个性化作业设计和推行方面遇到的主要问题与困难并进行梳理分析,找出对策,解决个性化作业在教学实践中的可行性问题。然后聚焦于个性化作业的实践性问题:研究个性化诊断内容、方法途径和结果;探索个性化作业设计原则与视角:从实用性出发遵循自主开放的原则,便于教师发挥和创造,从有效性出发遵循探本求源的原则,要求教师从本质上真正了解学生,提出以创造机会为视角设计个性化英语作业;在此基础上探索大班额教学背景下个性化英语作业的具体操作原则与程序,以案例进行具体的应用分析。最后,通过实验和讨论分析个性化英语作业的有效性。本研究旨在为认可个性化英语作业但又在教学实践中徘徊的普通一线英语教师提供实践参考和借鉴,具有一定的实践价值,对个性化英语作业设计应用的研究也是有益的补充。
[Abstract]:Chinese junior middle school students have heavy burden of English homework, but the learning effect is not satisfactory. With the development of economy and society, the number of school-age population decreases, the ratio of student to teacher in school education continues to decline, personalized education has become the trend of development, and English curriculum standards also advocate the concept of individualized education. The design of personalized English homework is an important aspect of personalized education practice. Under the guidance of the theory of multiple intelligences, the theory of the area of recent development and the theory of "post-method" language teaching, this study takes the methods of literature research, classroom observation, comparative research, case study and questionnaire survey as the research methods. This paper studies the design and application of personalized English homework in order to change the present situation of English homework, improve the effect of English learning and promote the development of students' personality. At present, there are a lot of confusion in English homework, and the concept of individuation education has not been carried out in the homework. There is a certain disconnect between the research and teaching of personalized English assignments in China. It is important to use experienced teachers or expert teachers as the main source of research samples, although it has important guiding significance, but it is not strong in practice. It is difficult to be used for reference by ordinary teachers, especially those with insufficient experience. Under the background of large class size teaching, teachers often encounter some common problems and difficulties in the design and implementation of personalized English assignments. In this study, the superiority of personalized English homework is pointed out by comparing it with traditional one-size-fits-all English homework. Through questionnaire investigation and interview to understand the main problems and difficulties encountered in the design and implementation of personalized homework, and to find out the countermeasures to solve the feasibility of individualized homework in teaching practice. Then it focuses on the practical problems of personalized homework: research on personalized diagnosis content, methods and results; Explore the principle and perspective of individualized homework design: follow the principle of self-opening from the practical point of view, facilitate teachers to play and create, follow the principle of exploring the origin and seeking the source from the validity, and require the teachers to really understand the students from the essence. This paper proposes to design personalized English assignments from the perspective of creating opportunities. On this basis, this paper explores the specific operating principles and procedures of individualized English assignments under the background of large class size teaching, and makes a concrete application analysis with a case study. Finally, the validity of personalized English assignments is analyzed through experiments and discussions. The purpose of this study is to provide practical reference and reference for ordinary first-line English teachers who recognize personalized English assignments but still wander in teaching practice. It has certain practical value. It is also a beneficial supplement to the research on the design and application of personalized English assignments.
