STS教育理念在高中生物教学中的应用

【摘要】:从2001年开始,我国第八次全面推进基础教育课程改革,新课标提出:一、面向全体学生,二、注重与现实生活的联系,三、提倡探究性学习,四、提高生物科学素养四个基本理念。其中的核心任务是第四条。如何才能完成新课标的任务要求呢?针对目前各高中学校都存在高考压力,如何才能在应试教育的大环境下实施素质教育呢?笔者认为STS是一种有效的教育策略。STS源于英文单词中的Science(科学)、Technology(技术)、Society(社会)首字缩写,STS是起源于20世纪50、60年代,迅速兴起与80年代的一门研究科学、技术和社会相互关系的新兴学科。STS教育恰好注重把科学知识与社会生产、生活紧密联系,使学生在知识、情感、能力多方面发展,培养出具有良好科学素养的人才。所以STS教育是当前应试教育条件下实施素质教育的一种有效可行的方法和手段。本研究具体针对人教版高中生物如何进行STS教学展开,以呼和浩特市土左旗第一中学2014级部分学生为研究对象。从高中生物教学出发,整理高中必修模块与STS有关的教学内容,并进行实践教学,发现问题,进而总结经验方法,为STS生物教学提供案例。对照两个班的学生在经历三个学期的生物学STS教育前后,分别进行前后测,对照说明高中生物学进行STS教育的效果。通过调查数据分析表明,大部分学生学生喜欢老师在生物教学中多讲一些和课本内容相关的科普知识,多联系生活实际。学生不喜欢只学限于考试范围的知识从而进行题海战术。经过三个学期的STS教育后,极大的提高了学生对生物学科的满意度、对教师的教学技能的满意度以及上课的认真程度都有很大提高。有效解决学生学习兴趣问题。经过三个学期的STS教育后,学生对社会生活的关心参与程度有所增加,但是仅仅三个学期的STS生物教学对学生未来的职业发展方向没有太大影响。由于STS生物教育有很多实践内容,通过实践,使学生的学习变为一个主动过程,打破长期被动接受知识的习惯。充分发挥学生的主动性,创新能力也会有所提高。所以STS生物教育可以使学生的学习变成一个主动的、开放的过程。
[Abstract]:Since 2001, China has promoted the curriculum reform of basic education for the eighth time in an all-round way. The new curriculum standard puts forward the following: first, facing all students, second, paying attention to the connection with real life, third, advocating inquiry learning, fourth, Four basic concepts of improving biological science literacy. The core task is article 4. How can we complete the task requirements of the new curriculum standard? In view of the current high school entrance examination pressure, how can we carry out quality education in the environment of examination-oriented education? The author thinks that STS is an effective educational strategy. STS originates from the acronym of Science (), Society (Society of Science), Technology (Technology) in English words, and STS is a research science which originated in the 1950s, 1960s, and 1980s. STS education pays close attention to the close connection between scientific knowledge and social production and life, so that students can develop in knowledge, emotion and ability, and cultivate talents with good scientific accomplishment. Therefore, STS education is an effective and feasible method and means to implement quality education under the condition of examination-oriented education. This research is aimed at how to carry on the STS teaching of biology in the senior middle school of human teaching plate, taking the 2014 grade students of the first middle school of Tuzuoqi in Hohhot as the research object. Starting from the biology teaching in senior high school, this paper arranges the teaching contents related to STS in the compulsory module of high school, carries on the practice teaching, discovers the problem, then sums up the experience method, provides the case for the STS biology teaching. The students in two classes were tested before and after three semesters of biology STS education, respectively, and the effect of STS education in high school biology was explained. The analysis of the survey data shows that most students like to talk more about science popularization related to the contents of the textbook in biology teaching, and more to relate to the reality of life. Students do not like to learn only limited to the examination scope of the knowledge to carry out the sea tactics. After three semesters of STS education, the students' satisfaction with biology, teachers' teaching skills and the seriousness of class have been greatly improved. Effectively solve the problem of students' interest in learning. After three semesters of STS education, students' concern for social life has increased, but only three terms of STS biology teaching has little impact on the future career development direction of students. Because there are many practical contents in STS biology education, through practice, students' learning becomes an active process and breaks the habit of accepting knowledge passively for a long time. Give full play to the initiative of students, innovation ability will also be improved. So the STS biology education can make the student's study become an active, open process.
