以学习品质评价驱动学校教学变革

【摘要】:北京市海淀区依托学习品质评价体系对学生的发展状况及其影响因素进行分析,并通过与学业表现关联分析的方式为学校解释评价结果,引导学校转变教育教学理念。一是通过对作业与成绩的相关分析等,扭转教师教学观念,触发学校教学方式转变;二是聚焦学生能力评价,提升学生自主学习能力;三是助推学校科学施教,如引导教师主动改进教学方法,完善学生学习全过程评价等。
[Abstract]:Based on the evaluation system of learning quality, Haidian District of Beijing analyzed the students' development status and its influencing factors, and explained the evaluation results for the school through the way of correlation analysis with academic performance, so as to guide the school to change the concept of education and teaching. First, through the analysis of the correlation between homework and achievement, we can reverse the teachers' teaching concept and trigger the change of the school teaching mode, the second is to focus on the evaluation of students' ability to improve the students' autonomous learning ability. The third is to promote scientific teaching in schools, such as guiding teachers to actively improve teaching methods, perfect the evaluation of the whole process of students' learning, and so on.
