中小学教师工作量的超负荷与有效调适

【摘要】:教师工作量是指教师在履行职业角色时践行的具体工作任务及其所需要的时间,总量及不同工作任务的结构比例共同决定教师工作量状况。教师工作量是影响教师心理健康、教育教学质量的重要因素。从教师工作量现状、教师对工作量的认知以及教师对工作量的预期三个方面设计调查问卷,对2229名中小学教师进行实地问卷调查,对近30名教师进行访谈的研究结果表明,中小学教师普遍超负荷运转,具体表现为工作时间长且工作构成与分配不合理,工作任务重且非教学工作过多,教师对实际工作量认知消极、对行政性工作任务认同度较低、对合理工作量充满期待。为此,需从回归教师职业角色、明确教师工作时间、为教师工作提供更多资源支持以及减少对教师工作的控制等方面对教师工作量进行有效调适。
[Abstract]:Teacher workload refers to the specific work tasks practiced by teachers in the performance of professional roles and the time required, the total amount and the structure ratio of different work tasks to determine the situation of teachers' workload. The workload of teachers is an important factor affecting teachers' mental health and the quality of education and teaching. A questionnaire was designed from three aspects: the present situation of teachers' workload, teachers' cognition of workload and teachers' expectation of workload. 2229 primary and secondary school teachers were investigated by field questionnaire. The results of interviews with nearly 30 teachers showed that primary and secondary school teachers were generally overloaded, which showed that the working hours were long and the composition and distribution of work were unreasonable, the work task was heavy and the non-teaching work was too much. Teachers have a negative understanding of the actual workload, a low degree of identity with administrative tasks, and are full of expectations for a reasonable workload. Therefore, it is necessary to adjust the workload of teachers effectively from the aspects of returning to the professional role of teachers, defining the working hours of teachers, providing more resources for teachers' work and reducing the control of teachers' work.
