城乡结合部高中英语教师教学策略调查研究

【摘要】:随着我国教育改革的不断深入,教师们开始关注每个学生的个体发展和提高。随着城镇化进程的加快,城乡结合部的高中英语教学成为英语教师面临的挑战。由于城乡结合部地理位置的独特,既得利于经济政策的扶持,而且受学校扩招的影响。但由于部分城乡结合部居民受到知识无用论的影响,因此他们的文化素质较低;而城乡结合部高中的大部分的学生来自外来务工家庭,学生的学习方向、学习目标和学习兴趣不明确。城乡结合部地区的教育是我国教育事业的重要环节,我国城乡结合部高中及其教师专业的发展问题不仅关系到我国城乡结合部地区教育事业的发展,而且关系到我国整个教育事业的前景。因此,致力于分析该地区教师专业发展的现状及其原因并探索出促进城乡结合部中学英语教师教学策略发展的方法尤其重要,有利于促进城乡结合部高中英语教师的教师专业发展,促进我国整体教育水平的提高。正是基于教师专业发展这一背景,论文主要依据教学策略定义及要求,通过梳理了国内外对于城镇化背景下高中英语教师的教学策略的研究现状,以及以柳州的五所具有城乡结合部特征的高中为研究对象分发了87份调查问卷(有效问卷79份),分别为:柳州市九中,柳州市四十中,柳州市民族高中,柳州市新世纪中学和柳江中学;通过数据分析了解了该类型的高中英语教学现状合问题。通过SPSS对调查问卷的结果显示(1)城乡结合部的高中英语教师课前准备不足;教师对教学课程要求及先进教学理念的理解不到1位。(2)城乡结合部高中英语教师课中的教学技能较弱,教师自身的学历水平也会影响其的教学水平。(3)城乡结合部高中英语教师较为重视课后评价,但城乡结合部中学给予教师的系统评价较少。最后后通过数据分析整理提出了对城乡结合部高中的启示(1)制定清晰的教学管理措施;(2)建立科学的教师评定系统;(3)举办学术研讨会;(4)实行校本研究;(5)提高教师对教师专业化发展的意识。针对城乡结合部的高中英语教师的建议:(1)定期自我反馈;(2)通过教学实践提高教学策略;(3)加强合作学习;(4)加强与学生及家长的合作;(5)优化教学步骤;(6)加强教学过程的相互作用。
