语篇分析在高中英语完形填空教学中应用的行动研究

完形填空一直被广泛认为是学生提升英语核心素养的一个巨大障碍,很大程度上是因为学生缺乏语篇意识,不会运用语篇分析来应对完形填空。目前有很多与语篇分析和完形填空相关的研究,但它们多是理论层面的,而对于实际教学中如何将语篇分析运用到完形填空中的行动研究却不多见。该研究将语篇分析和高中英语完形填空教学相结合,意在提高学生的完形填空成绩和语篇意识。该研究将回答两个问题:(1)如何在高中完形填空教学中有效地运用语篇分析理论提高学生完形填空的分数?(2)如何通过完形教学提高学生的语篇意识?研究对象是某中学高二年级的某个班级的48名学生,研究工具有两次问卷调查、两次完形填空测试、访谈和反思日志。该研究为期三个月,笔者向学生介绍了语篇分析的基本内容并进行了完形专练。研究发现,教师可以通过以下几点来提高学生完形填空的得分:重视对文章体裁的分析,加强对各种语篇衔接手段的教学及专项训练,培养学生根据语境寻找线索的能力,培养学生重复多次阅读原文的习惯和鼓励学生不看选项而根据语境直接填空。研究还发现,学生的语篇意识也可以通过两点得到提高。一是使学生理解西方人先表达中心思想,然后进一步展开论述的直线型思维方式,;二...
