【摘要】：正7月21日下午,苏州郊外的一间教室里,清华大学远程教育部部长陈肖庚正在侃侃而谈:"大型开放式网络课程,俗称‘慕课',是为了增强知识传播而由具有分享和协作精神的个人组织发布的、散布于互联网上的开放课程……"从强调培训是一种权利、福利、机遇,到介绍目前国际优秀网络培训平台的现状和远程教育发展的趋势,陈肖庚的授课让台下来自全国31个省区市的58名自主择业网络培训管理员听得津津有味。
