【摘要】:农民是中国人口的主要组成部分,其素质对我国现代化的建设发展有着重要的影响,国家要实现现代化,首先要提高农民的素质。建国以来党和政府都非常重视农民教育问题,在不同的时期随着国家发展的重点,党对农民教育的价值取向都显示出了鲜明的时代特点。改革开放进入到新时期,农民教育的内容和农民教育的指导思想也有了新的变化,通过对农民教育价值取向问题的研究,让我们更好的认识我国农民教育发展的历程,同时也帮助我们更好的确立新时期我国农民教育价值取向,以提高农民教育的有效性,使其更好的为现代化建设服务。 本文通过文献研究法,以时间为线索,查阅了建国以来一些重要的关于农民教育的资料,梳理了不同时期党和国家对农民教育的政策和文件,分别从政治的、经济的和文化视角来分析了农民教育的价值,以期找到农民教育合理的价值取向。本研究主要由以下几个部分组成: 第一章主要论述了问题的提出及研究的意义,综述了农民教育的相关研究状况,概述了该论文的研究思路和方法及该研究的难点和可能的创新之处,并对农民教育价值取向的相关概念进行界定,为后面的研究奠定基础。 第二章主要分析我国农民教育的意义及成就。总结了农民教育的政治意义:巩固了社会政权、社会主义制度,促进了社会制度的完善;促进了国家经济的发展;帮助农民树立正确科学的生活观念,农民的价值观念发生了转变,促使了农民的民主意识的觉醒,农民积极参与到社会生活的各项民主活动中。经济意义:促进了农村生产力的发展,增加农民收入;促进城市的繁荣和城乡统筹发展。文化意义:弘扬了社会主义文化;祛除了残留在农村社会生活中的封建迷信思想,提倡了新时代的民俗风俗,促使农村社会风尚得到改善;最后对建国以来农民教育取得的成就进行了简要陈述。 第三章的内容是关于农民教育价值取向的理论探讨。本章主要从教育价值取向的相关内容进行论述,首先论述了教育价值观的内容,之后引出对教育价值取向的论述,基于对它们的研究指出农民教育价值取向就是指农民教育的主体根据自身的需要对农民教育某些价值的选取与选择、追求与向往,是指向农民教育的未来发展的趋势。最后从政治视角、经济视角和社会文化视角对农民教育价值取向进行分析。 第四章是在第三章的基础上对建国以来我国的农民教育的价值取向的嬗变进行分析阐述。从新中国成立初期的进行的扫盲运动、社会主义改造时期的农民思想运动、“文化大革命”时期的以阶级斗争为纲的农民思想教育可以看出当时的农民教育是凸显政治价值取向的。改革开放以来到20世纪末进行的农科教结合示范区、绿色证书工程和跨世纪青年农民科技培训工程等都是彰显出了农民教育的经济价值。到了21世纪以来,在新时期建设社会主义新农村和社会主义和谐社会这个大的背景下,为了满足农民对教育和社会生活的多样化需求,强调政治价值、经济价值、文化价值共存的农民教育价值观。 第五章是本研究的结论部分,基于对第四部分的分析指出促进新时期我国农民教育发展的要求:明确政府的责任;为农民提供多层次多类型的教育;重视农民的自我教育;在学习型社会的影响下打造学习型的农民。
[Abstract]:The peasant is the main part of Chinese population, its quality has an important impact on China's construction of modernization, the country to achieve modernization, we must first improve the quality of farmers. Since the founding of the party and the government have attached great importance to the problems of farmer education in different periods, with the focus of National Development Party, value orientation of education for farmers both show the distinct characteristics of the times. The reform and opening up into a new period, the guiding ideology of education of farmers and farmers' education content also had the new change, through the research on farmer education value orientation, let us better understand the history of the development of farmer education in China, but also help us to establish the new period better orientation of farmer education value in China, in order to improve the effectiveness of farmers' education, making it better serve for the modernization construction.
In this paper, through literature research, take the time as a clue, reviewed since the founding of some important information about the farmer education, combing the party and state policy in different periods of farmers' education and file, respectively from the political, economic and cultural perspective to analyze the farmer education value, in order to find the value orientation of farmer education reasonable. This research mainly consists of the following parts:
The first chapter mainly discusses the problems and the significance of the research, summarizes the related research status of peasant education, summarizes the difficulties of research ideas and methods of this thesis and the research and innovation, and related concepts of value orientation of farmer education to define, lay the foundation for later study.
The second chapter mainly analyzes the significance and achievements of China's farmer education. Summarizes the political significance of farmer education: to consolidate the social power, the socialist system, promote the perfection of the social system; promote the development of the national economy; help farmers to establish a correct scientific concept of life, change the values of farmers, promote farmers the awakening of democratic consciousness, actively participate in the activities of the Democratic farmers' social life. The economic significance: to promote the development of rural productivity, increase the income of farmers; to promote the prosperity of the city and urban and rural development. The cultural significance: to promote the socialist culture; get rid of the residue in rural social life of the feudal superstition, advocate. A new era of folk customs, promote rural society has been improved; finally to obtain the farmer education since the founding of the achievements are briefly stated.
The third chapter is a discussion about the value orientation of farmer education theory. This chapter mainly from the value orientation of education related content are discussed, first discusses the educational values, then orientation of education value is discussed, and the research of their value orientation that farmer education refers to the main body of the peasant education according to their own needs some of the farmers' education value selection and selection based on the pursuit and yearning, is the point of peasant education is the trend of future development. Finally, from the political perspective, to analyze the value orientation of farmer education from the perspective of economic and social and cultural perspective.
The fourth chapter is the transmutation of value orientation since the founding of China Peasant Education in the third chapter on the basis of the analysis in this paper. From the new China at the beginning of the establishment of literacy movement, peasants' ideological movement during the socialist transformation, the "Cultural Revolution" period to the class struggle of the ideological education of farmers can see the farmers' education at that time is to highlight the political value orientation. Since the reform and opening up to the end of twentieth Century the agricultural scientific education demonstration zone, green certificate project and the cross century young farmers science and technology training projects are to highlight the farmer education economic value. By twenty-first Century, in the background of the new era of building a new socialist countryside and the socialist harmonious society, in order to meet the needs of farmers for education and social life of the diverse needs, emphasizing political value, economic value, cultural value of the coexistence of agricultural The values of the people's education.
The fifth chapter is the conclusion of the study, the analysis of the fourth part points out the requirements of the development of farmer education in China to promote the new period based on the clear responsibility of the government; to provide multi-level type of education for farmers; pay attention to the farmers' self education; build a learning effect of peasants in the learning society.
