高校成人教育教师专业化发展路径探析

【摘要】：成人教育作为我国教育体系中的一个重要组成部分,其师资力量素质关系着整体成人教育的成效。而教师的专业化发展是一项多阶段、多层次和多维度的建设工程,就目前高校成人教育教师专业化发展水平来分析,还存在一些问题,主要表现为教师专业化能力偏低。因此,针对高校成人教育教师专业化发展路径研究具有十分重要的意义。
[Abstract]:As an important part of our country's education system, the quality of teachers' strength relates to the effect of the whole adult education, and the professional development of teachers is a multi-stage, multi-level and multi-dimensional construction project. There are still some problems in the professional development of adult education teachers in colleges and universities, which are mainly reflected in the low professional ability of teachers. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the professional development path of adult education teachers in colleges and universities.
