高校成教学生自我管理能力提升策略研究

【摘要】：自我管理是成教立德树人的重要内容,是成教学生自我成长的内在要求,是成教学生提高学习质量的重要保证。但目前的成教学生自我管理能力并不能令人满意,主要表现为:组织纪律性不强,自由散漫;学习目的性不强,动力不足;学习有效性不强,能力欠缺,等等。针对成教学生自我管理能力存在的问题,可以采取以下对策:强化制度保障,明确提出自我管理要求;加强方法指导,提高学生自我学习能力;组织实践活动,强化学生自我约束能力;成立社团组织,培养学生的协调能力;等等。
[Abstract]:Self-management is the important content of adult education, the inner requirement of adult students' self-growth, and the important guarantee for adult students to improve their learning quality, but the present self-management ability of adult students is not satisfactory. The main manifestations are: organization discipline is not strong, freedom is loose, learning purpose is not strong, motivation is insufficient, learning effectiveness is not strong, ability is lacking, etc. In view of the problems of adult students' self-management ability, We can take the following countermeasures: strengthen the system guarantee, clearly put forward the self-management request; strengthen the method guidance, improve the students' self-learning ability; organize the practice activity, strengthen the students' self-restraint ability; set up the association organization, Cultivate students' coordination ability; etc.
