反思性实践视角下的我国成人教育教师专业化发展研究

【摘要】:成人教育教师专业化是教师职业发展的要求,既有利于保障成人教育的专业化发展,又有助于提高人才培养水平。本文立足于反思性实践视角,对我国成人教育教师专业化发展进行了全面研究。本文共分为三个部分,第一部分提出了反思性实践对我国成人教育教师专业化的价值追寻;第二部分指出了反思性实践视角下制约成人教育教师专业化的因素;第三部分阐述了反思性实践视角下实现我国成人教育教师专业化发展的基本策略。希望本文的研究能够对成人教育教师专业化发展提供借鉴。
[Abstract]:The professionalization of teachers in adult education is the requirement of teachers' professional development, which is not only conducive to the professional development of adult education, but also helps to improve the level of talent training. This paper is divided into three parts: the first part puts forward the value of reflective practice to the professionalization of adult education teachers in China; The second part points out the factors restricting the professionalization of adult education teachers from the perspective of reflective practice. The third part expounds the basic strategies to realize the professional development of adult education teachers in China from the perspective of reflective practice and hopes that the research in this paper can provide a reference for the professional development of adult education teachers.
