职业发展理论视角下成人教育教学模式的创新

【摘要】：随着社会分工的日益精细,"职业发展"成为当下社会各界所关注的新兴话题。成人教育作为促进成人工作与能力提升的一种重要路径。其职业属性是由成人教育本身所决定的。因此,以职业发展的视角来讨论成人教育应该说是一个必然起点。本文通过文献资料法和逻辑分析法对职业发展理论的特点进行分析归纳,进而针对成人教育的过程中如何运用职业发展理论进行教育教学模式的调整进行一系列的探讨。研究认为,从职业发展理论视角来看,在成人教育教学过程中,应基于个人差异转变统一式教学理念,基于职业道德的需要拓展德育形式,并基于实践需要转变考核成绩的评判方式进行成人教育教学模式的创新,才能推动成人教育教学水平的有效提高。
[Abstract]:With the increasingly fine division of labor in society, "professional development" has become a new topic of concern. Adult education is an important way to promote adult work and ability. What is decided by itself... Therefore, It is an inevitable starting point to discuss adult education from the perspective of career development. Then a series of discussions are made on how to use the theory of professional development to adjust the educational and teaching mode in the process of adult education. The study holds that, from the perspective of the theory of professional development, in the process of adult education, We should change the unified teaching concept based on individual differences, expand the form of moral education based on the need of professional ethics, and innovate the teaching mode of adult education based on the needs of practice. In order to promote the effective improvement of adult education teaching level.
