终身教育理念对成人教育的影响研究

【摘要】：随着我国教育的发展,终身教育理念为成人教育提供了全新的理论支撑和指导,两者之间存在着紧密的内在联系。分析了终身教育理念的现实价值和对成人教育的影响,结合目前我国成人教育在发展过程中存在的问题,提出了具体的解决对策。研究结论如下:转变成人院校教学观念、保障成人院校教学质量、完善成人院校管理体制,是推动成人教育进一步发展的有效途径。唯有在终身教育理念的引导下,成人教育才能体现出更大的价值。
[Abstract]:With the development of education in China, the concept of lifelong education provides a new theoretical support and guidance for adult education, and there is a close internal relationship between the two. This paper analyzes the practical value of the concept of life-long education and its impact on adult education. Combined with the problems existing in the development of adult education in our country at present, this paper puts forward some concrete countermeasures. The conclusions of the research are as follows: to change the teaching concept of human college, to guarantee the teaching quality of adult college, to perfect the management system of adult college. It is an effective way to promote the further development of adult education. Only under the guidance of the concept of lifelong education can adult education embody greater value.
