【摘要】：成人教育知识作为社会发展和进步的巨大推动力量,对其有效性展开研究有着重要意义。解构离散实现成人教育知识的质性转化,用一种开放、动态、发展、批判的视域去审视和发展成人教育知识;建构整合实现成人教育知识的质性重组,围绕目标内核,系统整合,结构调适,集聚成人教育知识的生命能量;回归敬畏实现成人教育知识的生命价值,回归自然,回归生命原始的出发点,敬畏知识,礼赞知识,致力于找回并释放本属于成人教育知识本体的真正的价值与意义。以此来实现成人教育知识的有效性。
