创新培训模式,提高成人教育培训实效性

【摘要】：随着我国社会主义现代化建设的不断发展,我国对教育给予高度重视。作为成人接受继续教育、实现终身学习目标的有效途径,成人教育一方面影响着成人个人目标与价值的实现,另一方面,关系着社会企业的人力资源建设,是当前我国教育事业发展的必然趋势。该教育模式不受年龄、性别的限制,能够为成人提供学习知识、提升技术、获得专业资格的有效平台,为成人的终身发展提供有效的支持。当前,我国的成人教育普遍缺乏针对性、专业性,成人教育培训实效性不强,因此,必须对成人教育培训模式予以创新。文章着重对成人教育的内涵与特点进行深入分析,探究了当前我国成人教育培训存在的问题以及成人教育培训模式创新的必要性,并提出成人教育培训模式的创新策略,为成人教育发展提供参考。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of socialist modernization in China, our country attaches great importance to education. As an effective way for adults to receive continuing education and realize the goal of lifelong learning, on the one hand, adult education affects the realization of individual goals and values of adults, on the other hand, it is related to the construction of human resources in social enterprises. It is the inevitable trend of the development of education in our country at present. This education model is independent of age and gender, and can provide an effective platform for adults to learn knowledge, upgrade technology, obtain professional qualifications, and provide effective support for adult lifelong development. At present, the adult education in our country is lack of pertinence, specialization, and the actual effect of adult education and training is not strong. Therefore, the mode of adult education and training must be innovated. This paper analyzes the connotation and characteristics of adult education, probes into the existing problems of adult education and training in our country and the necessity of innovation of adult education and training mode, and puts forward the innovative strategies of adult education and training mode. To provide a reference for the development of adult education.
