民国时期成人教育兴盛的归因分析及当代启示

【摘要】：中国成人教育的发展在民国时期(1912—1949年)呈现出前所未有的繁荣局面,在制度、思想、实践上都相当成熟,其发展状况波澜壮阔、蔚为壮观。本文从新文化运动、民主革命、教育学人、教育进化4个层面对民国时期成人教育的兴盛状况进行归因分析。针对当前中国成人教育发展中出现的种种问题:文化引领作用的缺失,民主内涵与本质的旁落,本土化路径中出现的理实分离与理念模糊的弊端,以及现代教育发展中出现的困境与彷徨。透过民国时期成人教育兴盛的归因分析,可以寻找出当代中国成人教育走出困境、迅速发展的策略与启示:回归文化属性,重廓价值诉求;贯穿民主内涵,启发民众觉醒;理论联系实际,凸显本土特色;聚合成教使命,发挥救赎功能。
[Abstract]:The development of Chinese adult education in the period of the Republic of China (1912-1949) presents an unprecedented prosperity, in the system, thought, practice are quite mature, its development is magnificent, magnificent. This paper analyzes the prosperity of adult education in the period of the Republic of China from four aspects: the New Cultural Movement, the Democratic Revolution, the Pedagogy Man and the Educational Evolution. In view of the problems existing in the development of adult education in China, such as the lack of cultural leading role, the side effect of democratic connotation and essence, the malpractice of separation of theory and reality and vague idea, And the dilemma and loss in the development of modern education. Through the attribution analysis of the prosperity of adult education in the period of the Republic of China, we can find out the strategies and revelations for the rapid development of adult education in contemporary China: to return to the cultural attribute, to emphasize the demand of value, to penetrate the connotation of democracy, and to enlighten the people to awaken. Combining theory with practice, highlighting the local characteristics, converging the mission of adult education, giving play to the function of redemption.
