基于钻石模型的网络学院竞争力模糊综合评价研究

【摘要】：网络学院是高校继续教育发展和成人终身学习的重要平台,在办学过程中面临激烈的市场竞争。对其竞争力进行评价有助于考生理性择校,也有助于网络学院识别优势和不足,针对性开展工作,提升办学水平。文章基于钻石模型构建了网络学院竞争力评价指标体系,利用层次分析法确定指标权重并进行了实证个案评价,针对案例评价中的网络学院,以完善管理政策为起点,针对扩大市场需求、增强竞争机制、丰富办学资源和延伸关联服务提出了对策建议。
[Abstract]:Network college is an important platform for the development of continuing education and adult lifelong learning in colleges and universities, and faces fierce market competition in the course of running a school. The evaluation of its competitiveness helps the examinee to choose the school rationally, but also helps the network college to identify the advantages and disadvantages, to carry out the work pertinently, and to improve the level of running a school. Based on the diamond model, this paper constructs the evaluation index system of the network college's competitiveness, determines the index weight by using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and carries on the empirical case evaluation, aiming at the network college in the case evaluation, takes the consummation management policy as the starting point. Countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to expand market demand, strengthen competition mechanism, enrich school resources and extend related services.
