莱斯特评估套件在全科医生培训中的应用

【摘要】:莱斯特评估套件(Leicester assessment package,LAP)目前已被世界多个国家推广应用于制定全科医生培养目标、评估培训效果以及制定全科医学专业资格认证考核标准。为了不断提高全科医生的应诊能力,香港家庭医学专业顾问医生团队应用LAP,选取北京市不同社区卫生服务中心的8名全科医生定期开展培训。本文介绍了LAP的具体内容,并对应用LAP培训全科医生的实践情况和优势进行了总结,认为LAP可以培养全科医生建立以患者为中心的临床思维,提高其解决实际临床问题的能力,以期为改善全科医生培训模式和效果提供参考。
[Abstract]:Leicester assessment package LAPs has been widely used in many countries in the world to set general practitioner training goals, evaluate the training effect and establish the general medicine professional qualification assessment standard. In order to continuously improve the ability of general practitioners, the team of professional consultant doctors of family medicine in Hong Kong applied LAP.Eighteen general practitioners from different community health service centers in Beijing were trained regularly. This paper introduces the specific contents of LAP, and summarizes the practice and advantages of using LAP to train general practitioners. It is concluded that LAP can train general practitioners to establish patient-centered clinical thinking and improve their ability to solve practical clinical problems. The aim is to provide reference for improving the training mode and effect of general practitioners.
