丰台区继续医学教育的需求调查与课程完善研究

【摘要】：随着医疗卫生行业的发展和进步,继续医学教育已成为医务人员专业知识补充的重要渠道。我国的继续医学教育自上世纪九十年代开设以来已得到了迅速的发展,也存在着诸多的问题。本研究以北京市丰台区的继续医学教育现状入手,通过满意度调查及访谈了解到,目前丰台区的继续医学教育课程不能满足广大医务人员的需求,部分医务人员更多关注于每年达到学分标准,使继续医学教育流于形式,对医务人员自身业务水平的提高未能取得良好的效果。目前的课程设置使医务人员在学习中存在困难和问题,出现疲于应付,找人代学,缺乏积极性状况。了解上述情况后,通过对我区医务人员进行需求调查,抽取了辖区系统内344名来自一级医院、门诊部、社区卫生服务站的医生,研究继续医学教育参与主体对于课程、教学方式、组织服务、师资素质等因素的需求,并进行分类统计和对比,并通过对某些单位继续医学教育管理人员的访谈,找出问题及背后的原因。之后,对丰台区继续医学教育的课程设置进行建议,从远程教育的区分模块、专业、区分必修与选修及丰富其项目和种类的方式进行改进;同时并行发展面授课程,通过以专业需求遴选师资、与医学院校合作等方式对于面授课程的现状予以补充和改进。并采取监督管理与奖励结合的方式对于授课教师及学员和单位进行管理。通过多种方式提升丰台区继续医学教育质量和效果。
[Abstract]:With the development and progress of medical and health industry, continuing medical education has become an important channel to supplement the professional knowledge of medical personnel. China's continuing medical education has been developed rapidly since its inception in the 1990s, and there are also many problems. This study starts with the current situation of continuing medical education in Fengtai District of Beijing. Through the investigation of satisfaction and interviews, it is found that the current continuing medical education courses in Fengtai District can not meet the needs of the vast number of medical personnel. Some medical personnel pay more attention to reaching the credit standard every year, which makes continuing medical education become a mere formality, and fails to achieve good results in improving the medical staff's own professional level. The present curriculum makes the medical staff have difficulties and problems in their study, which make them tired of coping, finding people to study on their behalf, and lack of enthusiasm. After understanding the above situation, by investigating the needs of medical personnel in our district, 344 doctors from first-class hospitals, outpatient departments, and community health service stations were selected from the district system to study the subjects involved in continuing medical education. The demands of teaching methods, organization and service, teachers' quality and so on are analyzed and compared, and the problems and the reasons behind the problems are found out by interviewing the administrators of continuing medical education in some units. After that, the curriculum of continuing medical education in Fengtai District was suggested, and the methods of distinguishing compulsory and elective subjects and enriching their projects and types were improved from the differentiation module and specialty of distance education; at the same time, face-to-face courses were developed in parallel. The present situation of face-to-face courses is supplemented and improved by selecting teachers with professional needs and cooperating with medical colleges and universities. And the combination of supervision and reward for the teaching teachers and students and units to manage. To improve the quality and effect of continuing medical education in Fengtai District in various ways.
