【摘要】：美国社区学院作为美国高等教育的一个重要组成部分,对地方乃至国家的经济和事业所起的作用为世界所瞩目。它是美国高等教育大众化和民主化进程的产物,在高等教育的激烈竞争中,它不断地寻求发展契机,巩固自身优势,形成了颇具特色的教育模式。其灵活性、开放性、多层次、多元化、社会化、重实效等优势,为多国研究和借鉴。课程设置是美国社区学院的核心部分,也是其特色的主要体现。美国社区学院的课程设置秉承以服务社区为宗旨、以受教育群体为本、课程设置多样化并与时俱进的理念,围绕美国社区学院的五大职能,即：学院或大学转学教育、职业或终结性教育、普通教育、继续教育、社会服务,其课程设置也是灵活多样的,呈现出注重学术性与职业性的整合、注重实用性和灵活性的统一、注重多样化和规范化的融合等特点。本文通过对美国社区学院课程设置定义的阐释以及对其现状的分析,探索美国社区学院课程设置的特点,借鉴其课程整合、课程导向及课程实施等方面的优势,旨在借鉴其成功经验,为我国成人教育课程改革及完善提供一定的帮助。文章从以下三个部分进行阐述：第一部分：先后阐述了美国社区学院、课程及课程设置的概念和内涵,并对美国社区学院的发展阶段、各阶段的职能以及社区学院课程设置的发展阶段进行了归纳。第二部分首先对美国社区学院课程设置进行分类和盘点；其次,总结概括出美国社区学院课程设置特点和优势；最后,关注课程设置的新动向,即与MOOC课程的融合。从这几个方面对美国社区学院课程设置进行了具体分析：第三部分重点论述了美国社区学院课程设置对我国成人教育课程设置的启示。目前正是我国成人教育事业发展的关键期,学习借鉴美国社区学院的成功经验,将对我国成人教育事业的发展有极大地促进作用。
[Abstract]:As an important part of American higher education, American community colleges play an important role in local and national economy and cause. It is the product of the popularization and democratization of American higher education. In the fierce competition of higher education, it constantly seeks for the opportunity of development, consolidates its own advantages, and forms a characteristic educational model. Its flexibility, openness, multi-level, diversification, socialization, emphasis on effectiveness and other advantages, for multi-country research and reference. The curriculum is the core part of American community colleges and the main embodiment of its characteristics. The curriculum design of American community college is based on serving the community, taking the education community as the foundation, the curriculum is diversified and keeps pace with the times, and revolves around the five functions of American community college, that is, college or university transfer education. Vocational or summative education, general education, continuing education, social services, its curriculum is also flexible and diverse, showing a focus on academic and professional integration, emphasizing the unity of practicality and flexibility. Pay attention to the characteristics of diversification and standardization. Based on the analysis of the definition and current situation of the curriculum setup in American community colleges, this paper explores the characteristics of curriculum setting in American community colleges, and draws lessons from its advantages in curriculum integration, curriculum orientation and curriculum implementation. The aim is to draw lessons from its successful experience and provide some help for the reform and perfection of adult education curriculum in China. The article is described from the following three parts: the first part: the concept and connotation of American community college, curriculum and curriculum, and the development stage of American community college. The functions of each stage as well as the development stage of community college curriculum are summarized. The second part firstly classifies and counts the curriculum of American community colleges; secondly, summarizes the characteristics and advantages of the curriculum of American community colleges; finally, pays attention to the new trend of curriculum setting, that is, the integration with MOOC curriculum. This paper analyzes the curriculum of American community college from these aspects: the third part mainly discusses the enlightenment of the curriculum of American community college to the curriculum of adult education in our country. At present, it is the key period for the development of adult education in our country. Learning from the successful experience of American community colleges will greatly promote the development of adult education in our country.
