探究学习型社会成人继续教育的创新模式

【摘要】：随着人们学习意识的增强,学习型社会已经由概念转变为现实。作为学习型社会构建的重要力量,成人继续教育承担着为每个社会公民提供教育机会的责任。本文以成人继续教育为研究对象,以学习型社会下成人继续教育模式为研究目标,首先对学习型社会以及其特点进行了简单介绍;其次,分析了成人继续教育在学习型社会下表现出来的特点;最后,针对学习型社会以及成人继续教育的特点,提出了四种成人继续教育模式。
[Abstract]:With the enhancement of people's learning consciousness, the learning society has changed from concept to reality. As an important force in the construction of a learning society, adult continuing education is responsible for providing every citizen with educational opportunities. This article regards adult continuing education as the research object, takes the adult continuing education model under the learning society as the research goal, firstly introduces the learning society and its characteristics; secondly, The characteristics of adult continuing education in the learning society are analyzed. Finally, four kinds of adult continuing education models are put forward according to the characteristics of learning society and adult continuing education.
