多民族地区初中生民族认同、文化适应策略与多元文化意识关系之探究

【摘要】：在一个多民族国家中,如何促进不同民族学生多元文化意识的发展具有重要的理论和实践意义。本研究选取云南省五个民族的初中生进行问卷调查,对其多元文化意识现状及民族认同、文化适应策略对多元文化意识的影响机制进行探究,结果表明:(1)当前少数民族初中生多元文化意识虽高于理论均值,但仍存在很大的提升空间;(2)整合、分离的文化适应策略在民族认同和多元文化意识的关系中起着部分中介作用,而同化、边缘化两种策略的中介作用不显著。由于民族认同能正向地预测多元文化意识,文化适应策略能显著地影响多元文化意识,因而要重视培养多民族地区学生积极的民族认同,引导学生形成正向的文化适应策略,从而促进学生多元文化意识的发展。
[Abstract]:In a multi-ethnic country, how to promote the development of multicultural consciousness of students of different nationalities has important theoretical and practical significance. This research selects five nationalities junior high school students in Yunnan Province to carry on the questionnaire investigation, to its multicultural consciousness present situation and the national identity, the cultural adaptation strategy to the multicultural consciousness influence mechanism carries on the exploration. The results show that: (1) although the multiculturalism consciousness of minority junior high school students is higher than the theoretical average, there is still great room for improvement; (2) the integration and separation of cultural adaptation strategies play a part of intermediary role in the relationship between national identity and multiculturalism consciousness. However, the intermediary effect of assimilation and marginalization is not significant. Because national identity can predict multiculturalism consciousness positively and cultural adaptation strategy can significantly influence multicultural consciousness, we should pay attention to cultivating students' positive national identity and guiding students to form positive cultural adaptation strategies. So as to promote the development of students' multicultural consciousness.
