吉林省新农村建设进程中农民创业教育研究

【摘要】：建设“生产发展、生活宽裕、乡风文明、村容整洁、管理民主”的社会主义新农村是我国现代化建设进程中的重大历史任务，它符合全面实现小康社会的总目标，是构建和谐社会的重要一环。农民创业教育在新农村建设中具有重要的战略地位。对吉林省农民创业教育进行研究在社会主义新农村的建设中具有重要的理论和现实意义。我国是个农业大国，，农民创业教育是影响农业与农村经济持续发展、农民素质提升的关键因素之一。自上世纪九十年代后期，“三农”问题不断凸显，成为制约我国经济发展的瓶颈。现阶段，农业现代化发展，新农村建设及农民增收均面临着诸多挑战。而农民创业成为促进农民就业、改变农业经营模式、解决“三农”问题的有效方法。本文在借鉴国内外相关研究成果的基础上，应用规范分析与实证分析相结合的方法，深入分析吉林省现阶段农民创业教育的现状，存在的问题和制约因素，通过对国内外关于农民创业教育相关内容的比较及启示，依据现阶段农民创业化分化趋势和现代农业发展的需求，对农民创业教育作了准确的定位，构建了农民创业教育体系的基本框架，明确了重点建设领域，并且对其运行机制进行了设计，提出了吉林省新农村建设进程中实施农民创业教育的完善与优化对策。
[Abstract]:The construction of a new socialist countryside with "production and development, rich living, civilization of the countryside, clean and tidy villages and democratic management" is a major historical task in the process of modernization construction in China, which is in line with the overall goal of realizing a well-off society in an all-round way. It is an important link in building a harmonious society. Farmers' entrepreneurship education plays an important strategic role in the construction of new countryside. It is of great theoretical and practical significance to study farmers' entrepreneurship education in Jilin Province in the construction of new socialist countryside. China is a big agricultural country, and the education of farmers' entrepreneurship is one of the key factors affecting the sustainable development of agriculture and rural economy and the improvement of farmers' quality. Since the late 1990s, the issue of agriculture, rural areas and farmers has become a bottleneck restricting the economic development of our country. At present, the development of agricultural modernization, the construction of new countryside and the increase of farmers' income are facing many challenges. Farmers' entrepreneurship has become an effective method to promote the employment of farmers, change the mode of agricultural management, and solve the problem of "agriculture, rural areas and farmers". Based on the domestic and foreign related research results, this paper applies the method of combining normative analysis and empirical analysis to analyze the present situation, problems and restrictive factors of farmers' entrepreneurship education in Jilin Province. Based on the comparison and enlightenment of the related contents of farmers' entrepreneurship education at home and abroad, and according to the current trend of farmers' pioneering differentiation and the demand of modern agricultural development, this paper makes an accurate positioning of farmers' entrepreneurship education. This paper constructs the basic framework of farmer's entrepreneurship education system, clarifies the key areas of construction, designs its operating mechanism, and puts forward the perfection and optimization countermeasures of implementing farmer's entrepreneurship education in the process of new rural construction in Jilin Province.
