内蒙古地区高等教育自学考试的改革发展研究

【摘要】:1985年,内蒙古自治区开始实施推广高等教育自学考试,经过30年的不断发展,高等教育自学考试在内蒙古地区取得了一定的成就,为自治区培养了大批优秀的专门人才,推动了区内高等教育的发展进程,并对自治区的社会经济发展做出了巨大贡献。然而,随着教育环境的改变,多种教育形式的不断冲击,以及自学考试本身暴露出的一些问题,使得内蒙古地区的自学考试生源数量不断下滑,严重影响了区内高等教育自学考试的健康发展。在本研究中,通过搜集各方面的文献资料对内蒙古地区高等教育自学考试开考以来的发展历程进行了梳理,同时运用数据统计和比较研究的方法认真分析了内蒙地区高等教育自学考试的发展现状、面临的困境及产生的原因,并根据当前国家教育改革对自学考试发展提出的新要求,提出了切实可行的解决对策。全文由五部分构成:第一部分为绪论。在阐述研究背景和研究意义的基础上,从五个方面对我国高等教育自学考试研究情况做了文献综述。最后,对研究思路和方法进行了概述。第二部分为内蒙古地区高等教育自学考试的历史沿革。通过利用文献分析法将内蒙古高等教育自学考试的发展历程划分为稳步上升、调整改革和转型求变三个阶段,并对每个阶段的发展状况进行了梳理。第三部分为内蒙古地区高等教育自学考试的实证分析。重点通过数据分析和比较研究的方法对我区高等教育自学考试的发展现状进行了归纳总结,提出了目前内蒙自学考试发展过程中所面临的困境,并从宏观、中观、微观三方面进行了原因分析。第四部分为内蒙古地区高等教育自学考试的发展对策。根据问题产生的原因,从宏观政策导向、中观自考体制和微观思想观念三个角度提出了相应的发展对策。最后一部分为结论。总结了本研究的主要观点和不足之处。认为今后内蒙古地区高等教育自学考试的发展应侧重于向农村延伸、向非学历教育形式扩展、积极探索与其他教育形式的沟通衔接。
[Abstract]:In 1985, the Inner Mongolia Autonomous region began to implement the higher education self-study examination. After 30 years of continuous development, the higher education self-study examination has made certain achievements in Inner Mongolia, and trained a large number of outstanding specialized talents for the autonomous region. It promotes the development of higher education in the region and makes great contributions to the social and economic development of the autonomous region. However, with the change of educational environment, the constant impact of various forms of education and some problems exposed by self-study examination itself, the number of self-taught examination students in Inner Mongolia has been declining. It has seriously affected the healthy development of self-study examination of higher education in the region. In this study, through collecting all kinds of literature data, the development of self-study examination of higher education in Inner Mongolia since the beginning of the course of development has been combed. At the same time, using the method of data statistics and comparative research, this paper analyzes the present situation of the self-study examination of higher education in Inner Mongolia, the difficulties and the reasons for it, and puts forward new requirements for the development of self-study examination according to the current national education reform. Some feasible countermeasures are put forward. The full text consists of five parts: the first part is the introduction. On the basis of expounding the research background and significance, this paper summarizes the research situation of higher education self-study examination in China from five aspects. Finally, the research ideas and methods are summarized. The second part is the history of self-study examination of higher education in Inner Mongolia. By using the method of literature analysis, the development process of self-study examination of higher education in Inner Mongolia is divided into three stages: steady rise, adjustment, reform and transformation, and the development of each stage is sorted out. The third part is the empirical analysis of higher education self-study examination in Inner Mongolia. Through the methods of data analysis and comparative study, this paper summarizes the present situation of self-study examination of higher education in our area, and puts forward the difficulties in the development of self-study examination in Inner Mongolia. Micro-analysis of the three aspects of the reasons. The fourth part is the development countermeasure of higher education self-study examination in Inner Mongolia. According to the causes of the problem, this paper puts forward the corresponding development countermeasures from the three angles of macro policy guidance, meso self examination system and micro ideology. The last part is the conclusion. The main viewpoints and shortcomings of this study are summarized. The author thinks that the development of self-study examination of higher education in Inner Mongolia should focus on extending to the countryside, expanding to the form of non-academic education, and actively exploring the link with other forms of education.
