开放大学教师专业发展需求模型——基于扎根理论的研究

【摘要】:教师专业发展是开放大学建设的重要任务。本研究从纵向、内发的视角,采用质性研究中扎根理论取向,通过焦点小组访谈的形式对94名国家开放大学的教师进行了调查,对获取的数据进行三级编码,梳理了开放大学教师专业发展不同阶段的主要任务、困难与挑战;在此基础上,构建了开放大学教师专业发展需求模型,提出开放大学教师专业发展包括三个维度的需求:自我认同的需求、社会认同的需求、同伴认同的需求,以及发展混合式教学能力以满足其自我认同的需求,发展科研能力以满足其社会认同的需求,发展团队协作能力以满足其同伴认同的需求;构建了开放大学教师的混合式教学知识框架,指出开展有效教学需要具备四个核心元素:学科知识、成人教学法知识、在线教学法知识、技术知识,及其交织形成的混合元素:面向成人的学科教学法、学科在线教学法、整合技术的在线教学法、整合技术的成人教学法等。
[Abstract]:Teacher professional development is an important task in the construction of open university. In this study, 94 teachers of the National Open University were investigated in the form of focus group interviews from a longitudinal and internal perspective, and the data obtained were encoded at three levels by taking root in the theoretical orientation of qualitative research. This paper combs the main tasks, difficulties and challenges in different stages of the professional development of teachers in the Open University, and on this basis, constructs the demand model of the professional development of teachers in the Open University. It is proposed that the professional development of teachers in OUU includes three dimensions: the need for self-identity, the need for social identity, the need for peer identity, and the development of mixed teaching ability to meet the needs of self-identity. To develop scientific research ability to meet the needs of social identity, to develop teamwork ability to meet the needs of peer identity, and to construct a hybrid teaching knowledge framework for open university teachers. It is pointed out that effective teaching needs four core elements: subject knowledge, adult teaching method knowledge, online teaching method knowledge, technical knowledge, and its intertwined mixed elements: adult oriented subject teaching method and subject online teaching method.
