全球化背景下少数民族教育现代化的困境分析与应对思考——以凉山彝族为例

【摘要】:全球化作为一个复杂的进程,其所具有的同质化和异质化特征是当前少数民族发展之矛盾所在,同时也是当前少数民族教育现代化陷入困境的原因之一。凉山彝族地区存在的"彝族学生低学业成就""民族学校发展滞后""双语教育受冷落""民族职业学校招生难"等现代性困境与全球化的发展进程有着一定关联。应对这些困境,首先要重新审视少数民族教育现代化的内涵:少数民族的教育现代化不是一架除草机,一个简单的补救机制或一种事后的思考;少数民族教育现代化也不该是无差别导致的差别性后果;少数民族教育现代化应在全球化中找到平衡点。
[Abstract]:Globalization, as a complex process, has the characteristics of homogeneity and heterogeneity, which is the contradiction of the development of ethnic minorities at present, and also one of the reasons why the modernization of education of ethnic minorities is in trouble. The modernity dilemma of "Yi students' low academic achievement", "lagged development of ethnic schools", "neglect of bilingual education" and "difficult enrollment of ethnic vocational schools" in Liangshan Yi area is related to the development process of globalization. To deal with these difficulties, we should first re-examine the connotation of the modernization of minority education: the modernization of education of ethnic minorities is not a lawn mower, a simple remedial mechanism or a kind of hindsight; The modernization of minority education should not be the result of difference, and the modernization of minority education should find a balance in the globalization.
