和谐社会视阈下福州市城中村家庭体育的现状与发展对策研究

【摘要】：随着社会经济的快速发展,人民的物质生活水平极大提高,同时又在激烈的社会竞争中各种文明病、心理疾病等问题也随之进入家庭中。在和谐社会背景下,体育的休闲娱乐、健美健身、缓解疲劳等功能日益受到家庭成员的重视,家庭成员逐渐把体育运动作为增强体质、增进健康、促进家庭成员情感交流等一种重要手段,是历史的发展趋势。家庭体育在现代社会生活中越来越受到人们的重视,推动家庭体育在城中村的发展具有现实的意义。 本文采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、实地考察法和数理统计法等研究方法,以福州市城中村家庭作为研究对象,较全面地调查与分析当前福州市城中村家庭体育开展的基本情况、家庭体育消费情况、居民对家庭体育的认知情况以及家庭体育开展的影响因素。同时根据福州市城中村当前家庭体育开展存在的问题,提出了相应的对策：1、充分发挥村(居)委作用,多层面共同参与的家庭体育模式。2、加大对城中村体育指导员的培养,促进家庭体育科学化。3、扩展资金渠道,加强家庭体育场地器材的设施建设,为家庭体育开展提供便利。4、加强引导与宣传,开拓家庭体育消费市场。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of social economy, the material living standard of the people has been greatly improved. At the same time, in the fierce social competition, various civilized diseases, psychological diseases and other problems have also entered the family. In the context of a harmonious society, the functions of sports, such as recreation, bodybuilding, fatigue relief and so on, are paid more and more attention to by family members. Family members gradually regard sports as a way to enhance their physique and improve their health. Promoting family members' emotional communication and other important means is the development trend of history. Family sports has been paid more and more attention in modern social life. It is of practical significance to promote the development of family sports in urban villages. In this paper, the methods of literature, questionnaire, field investigation and mathematical statistics are used to study the families of villages in the cities of Fuzhou. To investigate and analyze the basic situation of family sports in villages in Fuzhou, the consumption of family sports, the cognition of family sports and the influencing factors of family sports. At the same time, according to the existing problems in the development of family sports in the villages of Fuzhou City, the corresponding countermeasures are put forward: 1, to give full play to the role of the village (resident) committee, and to participate in the family sports model of multi-level and jointly. 2, to increase the training of sports instructors in the villages in the city. Promote the scientific family sports. 3, expand the funding channels, strengthen the facilities construction of family sports venues and equipment, provide convenience for the family sports development. 4. Strengthen the guidance and publicity, open up the family sports consumption market.
