失地农民的社会转型与成人教育的发展

【摘要】：当前,我国城镇化率已经突破50%,城镇化的高速发展势必会带来失地农民数量的增长。失地农民在城镇化过程中面临巨大的社会转型,包括就业、生活方式、身份和社会心理等四个方面的城市化、市民化。面对这样的转型,失地农民在思想观念、综合素质、职业能力、社会资本等方面还存在障碍,影响了失地农民面向城市的转型。为此,成人教育应该发挥其优势,对失地农民开展思想教育、科学文化教育、职业技能培训和社会资本教育,从而提升失地农民融入城市社会的能力。
[Abstract]:At present, China's urbanization rate has exceeded 50%, the rapid development of urbanization is bound to bring about the increase of the number of land-lost farmers. In the process of urbanization, landless farmers face a huge social transformation, including employment, life style, identity and social psychology. Faced with such a transformation, landless farmers still have obstacles in the aspects of ideology, comprehensive quality, professional ability, social capital and so on, which have affected the transformation of landless farmers towards the city. Therefore, adult education should give full play to its advantages, and carry out ideological education, scientific and cultural education, vocational skills training and social capital education for landless farmers, so as to enhance the ability of landless farmers to integrate into urban society.
