新型城镇化进程中农村职教资源整合:内容、模式与路径

【摘要】：加快发展农村职业教育是推进新型城镇化的客观要求。当前,我国农村职业教育存在资源总量不足、空间分布不均、整体利用率不高、服务能力较差等问题,应采取建设新型职教集团、农村社区学院、职业教育联盟、职业教育园区以及实行"类产业化"经营等五种资源整合模式,运用政府调控、市场调节以及综合推动等手段,加大农村职业教育发展理念、资金投入、运行规制、专业设置、师资队伍、办学形式、物质资产等方面的整合,最大限度地满足广大农民对职业教育服务的现实诉求。
[Abstract]:Speeding up the development of rural vocational education is the objective requirement of promoting new urbanization. At present, there are some problems in rural vocational education in our country, such as insufficient total resources, uneven spatial distribution, low overall utilization rate, poor service ability, etc. It is necessary to build new vocational education groups, rural community colleges, vocational education alliances, etc. Vocational education parks and the implementation of "class industrialization" management of five resources integration mode, using government regulation, market regulation and comprehensive promotion, to increase the concept of rural vocational education development, capital investment, operational regulation, professional setup, The integration of teachers, form of running a school, material assets and so on can meet the practical demands of the majority of farmers for vocational education services to the maximum extent.
